Nothing! I don't even want to know which countries an ICO is coming from as long as it's a great project and not government/anti Crypto sponsored ICO.
Questions like this shouldn't even exist in Crypto World. Left for me  it would be removed and op punished a little. It adds no value to the Crypto World.
It is like asking whether it is OK to send Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency to Russian address.

would say risky, look at the current moment there are a lot of Russian projects on the market, but in fact to enter the market tokens of these platforms are at the bottom, which makes it clear that the project teams do not develop their platforms

It's too risky to invest in the Russian ICO, because they do not have good developers and ideas, and they just want to fool you, not all of course, but most.

The Russian ICO has a small popularity, but you can meet worthy projects, the danger of cheating applies to all projects, any project can slip and simply do not pay investors and participants of the bounty.

People what do you think about investment in russian icos?

As I remember there're few good Russian projects. The most popular one is Waves, others are Deex, Winstars which aren't well-known, but they're real projects not a scam. I could hardly find 5-7 projects, that's all! The same situation is with African and Indian startups which tends to cheat and not to work!

In fact, no matter where the ICO project comes from, it is the same. We can't judge the quality of ICO according to the geographical location. So from Russia, or from the United States, from Japan, China or other countries, it has nothing to do with it.

and what happened? until now I didn't see them working complete the roadmap.

I won't believe in Russia's ICO, and I will pay attention to which country I am when I participate in the bounty mission.

Now it is generally difficult to find a promising project going to ICO. July 2018 became the first months of the collection and ICO fell to a minimum, compared with the first half of 2018 and 2017. And the worthwhile projects that are based in Russia can be cross-checked on the fingers of one hand. At this time, I prefer to avoid them.

For me I don’t think it matters where the project is coming from, the most important is if it’s a scam or a legit business. If it’s legit I can invest in it without minding the country that owns it, all I care about is the profit that comes at the end. So what you have to do is check the ICO and carry out some research on it to know more about it before you talk of investing. Why I’m saying you should research about it is because majority of the ICOs today are scam.

I do not recommend to put in such projects. The bad standard of living pushes Russians on projects which never to be planned realization.

I think that if you invest in such an ICO, you have to understand the GDP of this country. If it is a benign economy then the risk will be small. If the economy is in recession then your risk of investing in ICO will be even greater.

Investing in Russian ico is a very bad idea. Even investors from icodrops do not consider russian ico. This is a very risky investment. Russians want to make money on the wave of the blockchain hyip. Better choose Asian or American ico.

Unfortunately it's true. In most cases, Russian ICO pursue one goal - to collect as much money as possible, and little time is spent on developing a project or marketing. And even if the project will not be scam, there will be no rapid start

People what do you think about investment in russian icos?

I don't have bad comments on Russian but I think their ICO are a bit unreliable and prone to scams. Choosing an ICO is choosing the real team with real person and a platform that is realistic in nature.

I do not trust the Russian ICO is not convincing at all. But I hope everyone and everyone is mistaken that not all ICOs have to comply with BTC's falling trend.

Forgive the guys, but sometimes it seems that so many people are now beginning to say that if the project from Russia is the probability that this scam starts to grow at a very high speed, so I think that it should be more relevant to projects.
