Why are people panic selling right now? Scared of a little regulation? That is bull! G20? All they might do is AML prevention. If you are not laundering money, nothing will happen to you!! And we don't want money launders in our midst anyway! Chillax, it will be OK!

i agree. we invest in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies because they are decentralized. out of any control. So isnt it strange to scare about g20 or any regulations. no regulations can stop bitcoin. only the community and miners can affect to crypto moneys.

You are very right, even if the regulation and kyc is implemented for all projects and investors it will benefit crypto market in the long run, as it will make the markets regulated and legal like other financial markets.

People are scared cause they don't know where and when this down trend will get over. Many people have invested money they cant afford to lose and thats causing a panic in them. This is the first down cycle for many people and they aren't familiar with the volatility of the crypto markets.

In my opinion, big players are making a panic in order for ordinary people to sell their assets cheaper than they bought. I think after the summit of G20 we will go to growth |

The G20 has bigger things to worry about, bitcoin will get a brief mention but no international law giving it an outright ban. Panic selling now will be a mistake for the future. It has fallen for a few months now so a sharp upwards correction is due and is likely to begin next month when it usually occurs.

Someone who understands the arena and all actions that are carring out here are chiiling, others who dont understand it and think that decentralized cryptocurrency can be blocked by the government - they are in panic, but its funny imo  To look at them And maybe that is good. Some of us are in bitcoin for bitcoin, other are in bitcoin for money, so the main task for them is not to lost dollar(excluding lambo of couse, second main task  ). But we - we are here for another things, and these pumps and dumps for us - only something that does not bother us  |

No. It is not like putting it back in the hands of the people....It is like putting it back in the hands of the cavemen/pirates. Look at what is happening at the exchanges. People trying to store value in crypto and losing/ forgetting their access information, not unlike burying it on a desert island and forgetting where out of fear of someone stealing it. Exchanges where deposits and withdrawals take ages to process or phishing schemes steal information from the careless or uneducated. If your dream comes true what will happen to the young or poor who don't possess the means to pay cash for cars or homes? Who will back credit cards and loans? More importantly all these coins are are at best a go-fund-me round for development. Well Bitcoins' fund raising ended years ago...there is no new money flowing into the developer coffers and we know this particular version of block chain needs a lot of work to be functional. |

have you ever heard the term pump and dump? that is what's happening right now. the dumping part. so far you only saw the pumping part of altcoins and you never minded and you even thought you will become rich by bag holding a portfolio but now you are facing the reality which is the fact that for every pump there is a dump. they are like an inseparable couple. you can not have one without the other. and as the wise money exits the altcoin market the prices crash and eventually the bag holders give in to the sell pressure and dump and that is when the huge crashes happen.
