had some yesterday, need to share my favourite recipe for the dough:
coarsely ground fluor (2)
normal ground fluor (1)
dry barm (one package per 500gr fluor)
4 pinches salt
mix everything up (add perhaps some olive oil for the taste), slowly fill lukewarm water to the mixture (work it until nothing sticks to the fingers)
cover it up and put the bowl for 45min in your bed (personally my favourite place)
roll it out with a hand full coarsely ground fluor and add some olive oil into the tomato sauce to get the dough more softer under the covering when it comes out of the stove.
no baking tray needed, baking paper and grill is perfect.
the only secret is the special fluor which adds this taste like it comes out of a stone oven.
