I agree with you, no one knows when we reach the bottom. I assume that we can easily go down to 200$, but even then I won't be sure if it's a good time to buy. Only when the market will start growing with a huge volumes then we can say that it's a right point to buy ETH.

It will be a very good buy and it is a good buy above 400 also and adding below 400. A good strategy is adding small portions to the positions at strong support levels when market going down. Ethereum is one of the most promising coins so It is worth investing anyway for long-term. Just buy and forget about it. Put it in the wallet and check it in several years. In this January ,the price of Ethereum crossed 1100$,now the value of ETH is 1/3 of the Jan Price.So I think this is the best time to inverse in ETH.When the price increases to 1000$+ ,you will get huge amount of dollars in your hand.

that's right, because buying now will not guarantee you will get a profit, because there is still a possibility the price will go down. but, if you plan to buy it, do not spend all your money on it. many possibilities will happen.

I read a good analytical article today. In short, it says that the higher the percentage of scam ICOs will be => the lower the eth price will fall. Because people transfer money to scam ico => scamers make withdrawal eth to fiat. So eth price was drop. The price can still fall for a long time. I think 400 is not the best price. With the ban on advertising ico on twitter, facebook, google (youtube), the price can still more down. I see no reason for strong growth in the near future. I would wait.

I think $400 eth price is already a good deal. You can wait for it to drop more but since we cant know how long it will stay low or rise, I think its better to grab the chance while it there. Even at $400, when the price of ethereum goes back to $800, you still get the 100% profit with that.
