I found this account:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1782109;sa=showPosts

This is pretty funny, posts exactly like what kwukduck would say and he is called cryptoduck. Is this an alt account of "teh duck", one of the biggest bears in bitcoin (biggest as in, comically permabear, I don't know how much BTC he has, I think he has 0 and sold them during MtGox and now wants to get back in as cheap as possible).

I predict we will have many kwukducks for a while, then once we start climbing to $100k they will disappear again until the next crash. Enjoy it while it lasts you pesky bears.

Those anti-bitcoins that post on forums usually don't have a position at all, those people doesn't affect the price at all, shorts will always exist, even on the biggest positive-trend, as longers get their positions from shorters, and the opposite, that's how the market works, in order to buy you need someone to sell his position.

I believe that soon when the market stabilize the amount of shorters will much the amount of longers( currently the amount of shorters is much higher). and shorters will soon sell up their position to get the earnings and thing will make the price of bitcoin go up.

I do not know who he is. Could you provide a bit more context? Is he someone who often speaks bad about Bitcoin? Spread FUD?

There are several people like this, usually, they are people who bet on an opposing project. But the worst is when it comes to orchestrated and paid groups performing on various platforms. We live in an era of Fake News and Bots.
