Don't be so pissimistic, Bitcoin is recovering and prices are rising again.
If you are one of those that will sell when prices go down than do it, we will buy and get your money.
Wise people will hold and sell later when the prices rise and they can make profit.

If it is for your own health, that is a good decision. Do everything you can do as long as you can still do it. Travel, eat, have a chat with your friends. You cannot take with you your money so live while it last. I have a long bucket list but until now, I still need money to do them. So save save save for me!

Atleast you did not die. Focus first in your health because that is the most important thing to do. You cannot earn anything if your dead. I will also prefer that you sell whatever you have because it is needed for emergencies

Of course everyone does not want to risk big losses. all decisions are in your hands If you think this is the best. To me running away is not a solution to avoid losses. I am sorry for what you experienced, hopefully you get the best results. If you do need money I think you should do the action, you can sell all the coins you have to get healing of what you experience. But my advice is that you keep some coins and make it as an investment in the future, otherwise you can still use the money to invest and make your family happy. Some things are a way of life for a person and will be different, but I am sure everyone wants to get happiness and goodness. You can do it !!
