Buying will make the price or value increase, and when you sell, that's the time where it will decrease or go down. So, i suggest to you to sell when the price is high, but sometimes it really takes time in waiting for the price to go up, but it's worth it because it is very profitable in the end.

Basically true because if we just think of it that all people holding their cryptos then their will be no decrease of the demand which will cause the price to stay stagnant or increase a little. Let's not forget that cryptocurrencie's value is based on the demand of the people which is why selling your crypto means a decrease of demand that causes the value of crypto to fall down.
