Great question for all you cryptocurrency believers. What is going to drive the price of bitcoin up and all the altcoins? What exactly are we waiting for? Money doesnt just come out of thin air. What exactly is the catalyst? Again the question is, what exactly are we waiting for?
Obviously, most btc holders are waiting the price going up so that they can get more profit. I think there are some true fans, the price pump and dump will not affect them since they just like to hold it. |

I strongly believe in the demand and supply chain.
Once the demand is higher than supply, prices will go higher. Most people do not
know anything about cryptocurrency thus have no interest in possessing some.
I believe that if society is educated about the potential gains and uses of cryptocurrencies
prices will go high and higher.

I am waiting for the price of BTC to rise, and then the price of altcoin has been falling. At that time, I will take BTC to buy altcoin.
Yes, I like this concept, when bitcoin rises, most likely altcoin down, and vice versa. but since mid-2017, this concept does not seem to apply, because when bitcoin rises, some of the altcoin prices go up and some of the price goes down. It is very difficult to predict the current price of bitcoin-altcoin. |

You are right,money does not come from thin air. There is no real reason for BTC go up right now because we need fresh breeze of investors and the most real option is ETFs. If and when ETF come to life, we can get the push we all are waiting for. |

Well massive adoption of the people all over the world is what we are waiting for because if most of the countriese will use cryptocurrencies we as early adopters will be the most wealthy people in the planet.Because early adopting people will always have advantage we can be millionaire to billionaire if that happen especially those people who has thousands of bitcoins. |

For the world to see how the blockchain really works? because if they will understand the benefits and the use of the blockchain there are greater chances of the massive adoption all over the world,it means more investors are going to join us.Those people that are hesistant today will join us without any doubts because they are sure that cryptocurrecies arent scam.

What we exactly are we waiting for are our world totally realized what are the importance of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency in the future but right now sad to say a lot of media's out there making negative news to cryptocurrency so we still have to be patient. |

When the world has fully adopted cryptocurrencies we are going to be millionaires in fiat,so it means wealthness wont be a problem in the future for the early adopting people.We are lucky because we are the ones who has known this technology,few years from now when the world knows what cryptocurrencies can do it would be much easier for us. |

Waiting for the market to get bigger? probably trillion dollars of marketcap ? because it means that most of the people has gone into cryptocurrencies,massive adoption maybe? when most of these countries will allow cryptocurrencies to be used that would trigger most of the people jump into the market.

IMO,we should wait for the world to see how the cryptocurrencies could replace cash,how the blockchain technolgoy could replace the banking system.We would get a totally decentralized currency all over the world,one currency for all the countries which are going to be the main currency of the planet.

We're actually waiting for more users and businesses to adopt the use of bitcoin. Once it becomes more a currency instead of a store of value, we will naturally see an increase in value. I actually don't mind holding bitcoin and have learned to weather the FUD storms. This is the future of finance boys. Don't forget why you bought it in the first place.

Probably the market to expant to a hundred trillion marketcap? so that most of the countries will surely get alarmed and will eventually join the cryptocurrency market? if the bitcoin's lightning will be implemented these altcoins will surely die only few will be able to survive,that is what i am waiting for so that these worthless thousands of altcoins will be removed.

We are waiting for bitcoin to pump and I read some article that lightning network is ready but right now it's on beta test. We are waiting for government to regulate cryptocurrency so mass adoption will happen very soon.

We are waiting for a massive adoption to most of the countries,so that these traditional investors would join our market without hestitation and we would be one of the wealthy community in the planet because we are the early adopting people,the future would be far from what we have now because cryptocurrencies could replace the centralized fiat system.

For the government to realize that decentralize currency like cryptocurrencies are the future of the money? that we shouldnt be using centralized banking system and instead we should use decentralized system so that there will be no one to control the money? i am waiting for the people to realize how powerful the blockchain is so that they will get involved with our market.
