Why can't I change my avatar?
Only Full Members and up are allowed to wear avatars. It must be no more than 120px wide, 80px tall, and 100 KiB in size. It must be a PNG, GIF, or JPEG image. It must be safe for work.

you cant change your avatar yet because you need to be a full member, there are a lot of threads on here that tell you about ranking up and what you can and cant do

Read the rules of the ranks on the forum, it says that you will be able to be able to use an avatar when you reach the rank of full member.

When your rank reaches FULL MEMBER, you can set your avatar, but there are some difficulties to reach FULL MEMBER now, you must need to get 100 merit,this is not an easy thing.

its only because of the reason that you are not a full member yet. Changing avatar is a privilege that starts from full member and goes up the ranks. There are already so many threads on this topic and it would be very nice if you search through the site before you ask such questions.

Only Full Member account and above rank can wear avatar. Requirements for Full Member rank are 100 activity and 100 merits.
