But i don't want to use Udemy or Coursera.
Actually this is the first thing that came to my mind when you are looking for certificate, Udemy. What you don't want to use Udemy or coursera?

These places are well known for giving nice courses online. In what country are you living? Maybe there are Universities there that are offering a new course for blockchain development.

How about edX?

Amazon is always a good place, you can get Kindle books fairly cheap.

Then use Youtube/SO to widen your understanding

Thank you so much for your wise advice because in some things I am a newbie. For instance in ICOs. Yes, but I want to use some other platforms. I don't consider Udemy or Coursera like a low-quality but i know that there will be some chaotic pieces of knowledge. For me, it is good to use online platform because i don't have a lot of time for offline learning. Unfortunately.  Maybe you will advise some good instructors/speakers which can speak about blockchain?

If you're willing to pay, try https://blockgeeks.com. They do have a certificate upon completion but I haven't personally tried any of their course which is why if you're up for this, you should try their 7-day trial first before paying.

Scholarship is also offered https://blockgeeks.com/scholarships/

Jimmy Song is doing some courses I think.

What sort of certification would even be recognized by anyone important?   you can pay lots of scammers like cryptonick and suppoman for their courses and get a certificate...   the real question is does any certification exist that anyone cares about?

Ivan on Tech probably has better free info on his channel than most of these courses have.  He is also talking about an academy or is maybe running one, I think.

I know some places online where you can study a lot about cryptocurrency, but Bro, what do you mean by getting a certificate for studying cryptocurrency? I don't think there is place that will offer you certificates after studying cryptos. If you're looking for a good place to study about cryptocurrency, I will recommend you check out Coursera. They even have a mobile app that is available for both Android and IOS and makes studying easy. You will find lots of professionals there.

Udemy is probably the last thing I wanted to look at when searching for courses.
There are many sketchy Course made in Udemy, ranging from stolen content to inexperienced tutors. My whole experience on Udemy is mixed.
While there are good course, there's also bad one.

Quote
How about edX?
https://www.edx.org/course/blockchain-business-introduction-linuxfoundationx-lfs171x
Since Edx are teached by actual professor and backed by real University, this should be good enough when compared to Udemy courses Smiley
Lessons on Edx are free, but in order to claim the certificate user will need to pay for it, which is fair enough.
Even if OP did not claim the certificate he still have the knowledge from the course Wink

Also, For Blockchain Course on Basic level, you can try Lynda.com
There's this course that teaches the basics of Blockchain

If you dislike coursera and udemy, I remember khan academy offering a decent and basic series of video lectures aimed at newcomers to crypto currencies. They offer a generalized overview of bitcoin:

https://www.khanacademy.org/economics-finance-domain/core-finance/money-and-banking/bitcoin/v/bitcoin-what-is-it

Coursera's course is much more detailed and in depth. The way its structured is a bit offputting though and some things aren't explained as intuitively as they might be:

https://www.coursera.org/learn/cryptocurrency

Coursera's video lectures is the most in depth and authoritative I remember seeing. Khan Academies are the most basic and easiest to understand. There might be some technical blog posts which better describe the technical side of bitcoin and crypto than either of those options. But I am sorry to say I can't remember exactly where those might be found.

Actually lot's of online learning platforms these days are already issuing certificates but not all of them are accredited. Judging from his statement below (quoted it), most likely op is looking for a certificate which is accredited however since blockchain is not widely known I don't think the employers would be focusing on certificates as it would be on your past achievements.

Exactly, more i am interested to be a certificated blockchain specialist

Correct me If I'm wrong but the above doesn't exist right? lol

to be honest I'm a person who has not fully understood about blockhaind technology because usually I'm just looking for information from the internet and I think it's just a basic lesson that I get. and recommendations about the sites you submit are of course very helpful OP in finding a learning program in blockhaind technology and will also get a certification that will help in terms of work. I think your recommendation will be very helpful to others including me.

What do you mean by online platform? Those websites are good as an online platform and you can gain knowledge there but since you don't prefer them you'll have hard time to find a legit one.

I can't advise or refer you to someone as most of the people that I've known with the blockchain technology aren't even here in forum and are busy with seminars with many places.

If you don't have a lot of time for offline learning, how can it be that you can allocate time in online learning?

One of the advantages of online learning is that it allows their users to study at their own pace so meaning to say, you make your own schedule e.g. one hour everyday or whenever you have free time on the contrary offline learning has a fixed schedule which you have to follow consistently in order not to miss a single lesson, in other words it'll become one of your main priorities.

Books!? You recommend to buy books about blockchain and crypto currencies when the internet is full of free sources!! Cheesy
Well, YouTube is going to become the number one place to visit to learn about crypto currencies, but be careful with that, some videos can advice you to join "checked" schemes of easy crypto earning; many of them based on ponzi schemes.
I think you will find enough thrust-worthy information even if you simply type in Google "What is Blockchain?" and "Ways to earn bitcoins".

Ya, you're right. Learning courses online helps users to make out their time and also multi-task with other activities and if possible learning other different courses but I think studyibv about blockchain offline will be a better option, that is, a face to face interactions with the tutor as it will create opportunity for easy questioning and physical practical directions. I don't where OP reside but their are some countries with poor internet; one disadvantage of online learning.
