Hey everyone.
I'm in the process of building a platform exclusively for SEC Reg D equity based tokens.
The platform pre-screens potential offerings and only accepts around 1% of those approved.

Its not purely crypto, people can also issue traditional equity shares in a C-Corp.

The website is still really developmental and templatey, but its EquityUp.io
Anyone have any suggestions or tips?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Interesting idea but if you go outside of the crypto world, there is regulation on these, like you can only accept qualified investors.
