ICOs are interesting, but you need to get lucky in order to profit from an ICO. Most people find that they could have gotten the coins for cheaper if they had waited until after the ICO when the coins were on the exchange

I have experience in both domains. To be honest, trading gives money much quicker, but you have to have a lot of free time for that. I like ICO because I have less time for that, so I invest and wait for take take profits. It works for 100% of time, with trading you can loose money.

Try to trade on IDEX market or low volume markets for successful ICO tokens.
They will rocket after they hit on bigger exchanges. My favorites are spectre D token and HBZ

If you don't have experience in trading then it would be better to participate in icos a for longterm gains, or you can invest in top 10/20 coins, both has its own risks though

I have tried to invest in ICO several times, I have not received any special results, so I vote for trading.

Why not both? I trade from time to time and not always because I have a full time job so I cannot give it a lot of time. I also buy into ICOs when I find a good one with a very good project. Since there is no rule that was out in place that I have to pick one, I just do both when it is the most convenient for me. They are both a good way to make a lot of money if you know what  you are doing.

in my opinion the answer on this question lays in the amount of money you have. i believe that if a person has a lot of money,  for him or her it's more profitable to trade. or maybe do both - trading and ico. but if you don't have opportunity to invest a lot, it's better to invest in ico.

It depends in which is more convenient to you. Trading means you have to devote time on it to buy and sell, you have to also check the market quite more often. ICO on the other needs a lot of knowledge on each project you are planning to invest. For me ICO is a little bit risky than trading but both gives you great profits.

trading in crypto is actually just about reading the charts and is very hard to learn it
I would prefer investing in ICOs, ant it is not just gambling it is reading the whitepaper, reserch information

Get some knowledge about trading and then go with trading.

Do proper research about upcoming ICO and then invest in ICO as there are many scam ICO's coming now a days.

The first step if you want to get involved in ICO is to have some crypto. Bitcoin is definitely the most popular crypto today, but another great one to use is ethereum. To get this crypto you need to go to an exchange where you can buy it.

Trading have a good benefits and have an earnings. In the trading you need to be salestalk but not scam so when you have a buyer and want to trade make sure the trade is worth it. And research about what you have trade and good predictions. In the holding, you must hold a good coins and find it if it worth it. Because heres a chance that you can earn big in the holding/ it is better to hold your coins than trading and that is because of the reason that trading is quite a riskier job to do and that holding will also help you in having an opportunity of making an extra income by doing some other job as well.

You should try both investing in ICO's and trading.  Just start out with small amounts to see how you do and which one you prefer.  It's different for everyone so their opinions and results won't be the same for you.  Start small when you're still learning.

In my opinion, you need to honestly answer yourself, you are in what field more specialist? or in what field you have knowledge and practice, you can make money in any direction, but at the same time there are no guarantees that you will become successful in this or that project. The new direction in my opinion there is more perspective, but at the same time and more pitfalls. Decision is on you.

In fact, I see that many projects are lower than the ICO price after capital investment. I tried to invest some projects immediately after ICO hit exchange.

I want to start investing for ico and trading. Please to help from where should I start?

What needs to be prepared and cared for before starting it?

I am very grateful for the members who helped me in this forum.

and maybe this can also re-remind the new citizens who want to enter the world of investment (trading and ico).

thanks
follow ICO is much more secure than running trading. because by following the ICO we are able to get a coin or tokens without having to buy too much capital. so thereby the advantage that we are able to achieve much enough. it can also help us to increase our income on the market.

Trading and Investing in Ico Both are good if you have enough knowledge about this things. The more knowledge you have You will face less problem.I am not a trader but I still give you one suggestion that doesn't follow any pump and dump group. It may sometimes give great profit but sometimes you have to lose your portfolio
