Do not both. The market is still not stable and it is still falling. Only the end of this trend can open the next trend. This is an insurance investment strategy. If you are not afraid of risk, now is the time for early layout.

I think you have to do both . Combining ICO and trading will make you a crypto specialist and you will feel safely on crypto market , because if you will lose some funds by investing in a bad project , you will be able to compensate it with a trading and vice versa

If you don't have trading experience then it's better to invest in ICO

For myself, I chose ICO, simply because trading is first, much harder, you need a lot to learn theories and so on. Secondly, quite a nervous exercise. For me, the nerves are more expensive) In ICO, especially if participating in the bounty does not need to waste nerves, in my opinion

I think it should be split into two. Half for business and half for ICO. But always remember to invest the money you can lose it

in my opinion, both are difficult, trading is a next level like you must be pro for it. because it is totelly difficult section but ICO is a safe and good way of investment to get profit, but their is also a difficulty like ico scam.

ICO investment has been very difficult to generate any profit since January this year, even hyped and fast to sel lout projects were dropping below the ICO price once they hit the exchanges.

They are based both on alalytical work but trading is more unpredictable than ICO. I prefer trading because it gives me opportunities to multiply my deposit in times. ICO investments need more time to make profit. Grin Grin Grin

The choice between ICO and trading will depend on  on the person involved and their preferences, trading gives you a chance to earn from proven coins or tokens in the market and Mostly depend on the timing and th quality of the coins, buy when he market is low and sell when high, ICO on the other hand is more of a risk taking, were if all goes right you stand a chance t earn quite a lot on your investment and when it gets wrong you lose. Im a risk taker and most of the times invest in ICOs.

I think more and more have the information in the trade would understand the conditions and what steps should be taken when there are things going on. process analysis is very important before deciding. For me trading is much convenient to do than ico.

I think it is better you conduct a very good research about ico and trading before going into any of them because without a very good foundation knowledge of any of it, you might not be able to understand what it involves and how to go about it thereby running at loss. After the research, you will be able to decide which one is best for you moreover, I think it is better you invest in icos after you much have done your research because icos can be very risky if care is not taken.

Trade and investment are two different worlds that can not be compared. Each of these activities requires separate skills and different methods of work. Much depends on your mentality, there are people who simply can not trade.

If you have just started, then you have to learn a lot, observe the products of the investment project, observe whether its team members are reliable (education, background), and whether their development goals have market demands! These are all important!

the simplest thing in your case is if you are new to this investment in ico, this is the most affordable and profitable way, trading is only if you have knowledge of some kind of market and its behavior, in any case it's up to you

ICO and Trading both are good but from some time the market showing unexpected behavior, so i think you can make strong research about both concepts then decide to enter in any of these systems.
ICO is a good option to invest your fund but from few times there are some scam ICOs came which make ICO market untrustable. But it doesn't mean that there are good ICOs are not available, but for that you can do a strong research about projects, read their whitepaper, their future prospects, community support and also see there road-map for the success for ICO project. After finding suitable ICO, you can make investment with them. And make a good return of your investment.
And if want to do Trading then you are requires deep knowledge of crypto with calm nature and on you there is no effect of market sharp up & down, then you can go with Trading. But if you don't have these things, then i suggest you that don't go with trading because on one wrong move you will loose your all money.
So now decision is yours, what you will to do.

Because of a large amount of scam, it's very dangerous to go in ICO, there are certainly good projects and if you deal with ICO not the first day, then in 90% of cases you can easily identify good and worthy projects. With trading, too, you can lose in case of something very much. Therefore, everywhere there is a risk, but with experience in trading and participating in projects or monitoring them, you can minimize these risks!

It is better to start on reading altcoins which has already established in the market because the risk is lower compared to ICO. When it comes to investing in long term, ICO will best suites you. But remember that the risk of volatility and scam is higher compared to those altcoins already in the market.

Given the situation, if I have to choose from two, then I prefer trading, since ICO is a longer-term game, so much that it does not yield to any forecast. But the trade is quite clear and transparent at this stage of the industry development.  Smiley
