Just to inform — I was also unable to log into both WeE and BitF earlier, but a few hours ago I was able to log into both of them and withdraw ~2 BTC from BitFunder to WeExchange, and then to my wallet. The transaction went through faster than I could say "Gee, I hope these funds don't go into limbo" (and I was trying to say it pretty fast).

Hello,

I apologize for the delays.
Tickets are finally making progress and the total is shrinking rather than growing.
As I mentioned before we are handling all requests in order.
Please be patient a bit longer and as long as you have a ticket open we will be getting to it soon.

I had 75 BTC stuck, then dealt with after nearly a week. Immediately they stuck again but were unstuck af we minutes later. I was fortunate to be online and watching at the time. I managed to get 75 BTC out in chunks before 20 BTC got stuck again - this was 3 days ago.

I'm getting the 2nd stage server error every time I try and move any of the funds in there that aren't stuck that's despite a lot of retries throughout the day.

I was previously happy to keep using bitfunder but this is rather more fundamental than having to wait a couple of weeks for id verification.

Being Ukyo is probably not much fun right now, but I hope he understands why people like me are annoyed.

I am experiencing the same issue 5 bitcoins - processing... Been 4 days now.
I've called 4 times in the last 4 days.
Every time, they're in a meeting and they will call me back. Still haven't heard back. I asked if they are receiving a lot of calls or have heard of other ppl's funds getting stuck and they tell me they haven't.
Not a happy camper right now... Angry
My brother has 2 bitcoins stuck in limbo for over a week now.

So this is a thread ukyo is reading? Seems thats not the case for the weexchange thread. I have 158BTC on withdraw since nearly a week now:

Code:
Date 2013-10-28 15:41:34
Transaction ID tZiysgP08W0byWuA9tZl9hzuDon1fg8V
Type Withdraw
Debit 158.14874079 BTC
Credit
Fee 0.00000000 BTC
BTC Transaction
Status Processing

I tried getting contact in weexchange thread, through pm, through weexchange support ticket, skype... nothing. So whats his IRC-Username and on what server?

Till now i never had problems with withdraws. It went through fast. But i will stop using it now bitfunder or weexchange. Looks way to dangerous. When i could i would cancel the withdraw and buy shares since im wondering why low bitcoin amounts go through and big are stopped. Sounds a bit like there are not enough bitcoins. And i dont want to be the bagholder that has "theoretical bitcoins".

I dont see why this weexchange problem isnt repaired first since its a problem that could help many people in one rush. And its great to read that some guys got this solved after a day... but why werent all transactions solved at that time? I mean it should be seeable clearly that an amount of transactions are stuck. Its probably way easier to clear many tasks of the same kind in one rush than jumping from one task to another and back. Anyway... if i knew before that getting my bitcoins depend on the workamount of someone i never would have send them to bitfunder since i now cant do anything with them this whole time.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

Has anyone been able to withdraw anything at all in the last 3 days?

I've ready ukyo's posts but they do not explain why it has simply been impossible to withdraw over such a long period. Maybe bitcoind is causing problems but not resolving such a major issue with a bitcoin wallet is not acceptable, regardless of what else is going on.

...has anyone asked the obvious question yet?

"Is there still money available in the site's wallet(s) to be withdrawn?"

Yes I asked that question and Ukyo said it's a technical issue which he doesn't have time to solve. Which is a frankly terrible answer, sorry Ukyo.

However, the longer this goes on the more people are going to kick up about it and the more suspicious it looks.

The worst thing is people would actually be putting money in and buying/selling shares if it weren't for weexchange technical and identity verification issues.

I got my coins out via flipping NEO & BEE while TATI was still doing BF -> HVI transfers. Unfortunately this method seemed more reliable than withdrawing from BF/WeEx.

And it was.  Shocked

Terribly sorry you fellows are having so many issues with this. Hopefully it is all resolved soon and Ukyo can find the time to fix the site's bugs.

Either you own the bitcoins(private keys) or you don't. However with moneroj, nobody knows what you own.
Secure. Private. Untraceable.
