Guys, can you post here when your BTC will get "unstuck" (successfully whitdrawn), so that we can see what kind of progress is being made.

Unstuck is not the same as successfully withdrawn. I have unstuck coins but it still isn't possible to withdraw them.

You're right. The main point is that I (we) would like to see progress reporting (a successful whitdraw), I'm sure you agree.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Ukyo, what exactly could be more urgent (other than family issues) than processing withdrawals from WeExchange?

Giving people their money when they try to withdraw it sounds like a fundamental priority to me.

Is it possible to process these withdrawals manually? There's a person that has been waiting TWO WEEKS. I'm already at one today.

Currently trying to fix the problem as a whole.
Hard to do a manual transfers when bitcoind gives rpc timeouts at console as well.

This has been a very frustrating experience.
If anyone considers running some sort of bitcoin based system, I highly recommend NOT using bitcoind.

At least we know you're trying, it's important for our confidence that you keep us up to date and informed as to what's going on.

I am trying to at least get a post in daily.
I really did not think bitcoind would buckle under such a reasonable increase in usage and it is the worst time.

I am here. I am not going anywhere.
WeExchange has big news coming very soon. I can not afford for this to continue this way.
I feel very embarrassed and ashamed at this point that I chose to rely on bitcoind and have caused so many problems with it at the worst possible time.

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding. When your withdraws are canceled or possibly pushed through, I ask that you please mention it here so others can see progress as it happens.

We do not depend on bitcoind for deposits.
We monitor the network for deposits, as well as forks, etc.

Hello, I would like to get my account verified at WeExchange. I know BitFunder will be closing, but I still want to do some trading. I sent my document on 12th of October. I sent Ukyo PM with ticket number.

On irc yesterday Ukyo explained the problem with bitcoind. Essentially, for some reason he can't get it to process anything, not even manually. He's busy trying to hack around it or find a solution. He thinks bitcoind just can't handle the data size. I haven't worked with bitcoind directly so can't really offer an opinion.

It's only once this solution is found that any of our problems can be fixed as he can't even do manual withdraws over the command line. So all of us asking for unlocks, manual transfers, etc aren't going to get anywhere until he sorts this out.

So it'll be fixed when it's fixed, which one would hope would be today 'everyday'.

I could be wrong of course but I think he's being totally genuine about this and is suffering badly as a result. So let's just give him a bit of room. He knows it's fucked up, that it shouldn't have got like this.

If you think WeExchange will be used once BitFunder is down, you're deadly wrong.

I don't understand how this problem can take so much time to fix? Just install a different bitcoin server/client and process the withdrawal requests.

If Ukyo is unable to present any proof (like logs), then it's safe to assume that we aren't going to see our coins. Also, if everything is ok, why close bitfunder?

He should at least give an information on his website, that withdrawls are not possible at the moment and not let users wait in processing for weeks.
