Unfortunately any of us with the withdrawal issue need to report a ticket to get a manual withdrawal.

Wow, thats stupid.

Gotpetum, I made my support ticket on 10-23 at 12:06.

Ukyo, the 6 confirmations explains the mtgox delay.  Thanks

Hi Ukyo,
Come to think of it, I don't remember if my stuck withdrawal was destined for my inputs.io account. I don't think it is, but when addressing tickets / processing withdrawals, please check the comments for important notes like that.

Thanks!

Ukyo, you are going to delete all the verification paperwork that was submitted to weexchange, right?

If you need a withdraw canceled to to inputs.io open a new ticket with the name "INPUTS.IO WITHDRAW CANCEL" so it can be grabbed quickly and recognized as a simple cancel request, otherwise your withdraw will get run when it manuals come around.

You don't need any more tickets or any PMs. UKYO is several days behind but catching up (hopefully my turn soon - will post when receive funds). Definitely still back in October's withdrawals though.

I feel very bad for transactions going to Inputs.io - that's really screwed up.

Okay, I did that. Once it's canceled, I'm planning on trying to withdraw and keeping the other ticket open, so that I can remain in the queue for a manual withdraw. Please let me know if that's not advised.

Please let me know if I can help.

Thanks!

Hi Ukyo

Currently, I still have ticket not fixed on WeEx.

Can you tell us whether it is safe to issue a NEW withdrawal order on WeEx?
Because I still have fund to withdraw. If the system is still unstable, I think you should tell us. So that people can temporarily stop issuing new withdrawal orders and let you to catch up the current queue.

I still don't get it. Ukyo, why can't you automate whatever you are doing manually now?

Aren't you the same guy who bid on my AM shares auction and then backed out afterwards?  And not just backed out, but used some bullshit "family emergency, I need to sell for cash RIGHT NOW" excuse?  You're lucky I didn't pursue a scammer tag.

And you feel justified criticizing Ukyo who is working tirelessly now to send BTC to everyone?

I am confused now. Are automatic withdrawals completely disabled now? Or the system is unstable and
you might get lucky if you try to withdraw?

Ukyo said that if someone just needs to cancel a withdraw request that got stuck, then by sending PM with ticket number it can be rapidly resolved.

If automatic withdrawals are not completely disabled then you might also be able to withdraw your funds by getting the stuck withdraw request and then retry.

So what is the fastest way to get your btc that got stuck in the WeEx withdrawal process? Get it cancelled and retry or wait for manual processing?

I think that making this clear again would save quite a bit of work both for Ukyo and for us.

I guess if you going to try again with your withdraw, it won't go through anyway... I am confused as well ,the clock is countdown to close, but I can't get my BTC out of there...this situation is unbelievable.....

Could Ukyo just cancel all withdrawal requests, and when the system is ready, notify people that withdrawals can be processed?

I would rather have had my request cancelled so I could buy transferable shares on Bitfunder (unless transfers to Bitfunder have the same issue getting stuck on 'processing'?).

The thing is that withdrawals from WeEx getting stuck has been going on for some time. Nevertheless my withdrawals went through without any problem. Now (Nov 4) it got stuck. And from what Ukyo said I gathered that he might have completely disabled withdrawals. But I do not remember that he explicitly said this. He just said that he is manually processing the stuck withdrawals.
