mine is going at 60 hz. I stare at it over 8 hours daily and my eyes dont hurt.

You didn't prove anything.

120Hz can solve many problems for people that have headache or pain in the eyes.

If you don't, you can only agree that it is way more comfortable, looking the screen is a pleasure whatever you are looking at. Normal monitors look horrible after that experience.

I didnt say that everyone has pain in their eyes, but you hould try high rate Mhz monitors.

I was once told that the higher the hz the better it is for the eye.... 120 hz!!!

LED 120Hz with clear motion rate.

The amount of HZ is not important only if you play games.

Just try it and you will see the quite difference

Any LCD monitor with CCFL backlight. (sorry but I hate LED)

LCD suck. They don't last long and the colour is terrible.

when you buy a cheap monitor for 200$ just go to a local shop and take what looks the best to you.. there isnt really any significant difference at that level

i bought one of these a couple of weeks ago, cheap monitor but compared to the rest in the same price range this on was by far the best. the screen is crystal clear but you do get a lot of reflection if by a sunny window.

Why 25 Inch? Depending on the space you have in your house depends on the size which is best. Although, it's debatable on what brand is the best. But, there is no debate that LED is the best graphical and long term choice.

I use an ASUS VG248QE, sometimes you can find them on sale for $200. Pretty nice monitor, though some people don't like the color. 144hz is nice, and nvidia 3d vision is pretty cool too  Grin

Please DO NOT send me private messages asking for help setting up GPU miners. I will not respond!!!

Choose monitor that have high refresh rate, no flicker and very high in pixel.. This would be better for the eye and brain in the long run...
