Which coin is the best among altcoins?

There are lot of Altcoin in market today ,but the greatest of all which l highly recommend from my personal observation is stellar , the autralia government is currently using the Stellar technology to manage their database ,IBM also uses the technology too to manage data for several places . When it comes to peer to peer transaction the network is very fast. This might have the highest gain in percentage when the bull run start in this year 2018

There are so many altcoins on the crypto market nowadays but personally, the coin I will recommend for you to invest is ethereum because of it being the second valuable coin after bitcoin.

I think the best coin among the alternative coins  are the company of ethereum or ripple because they are the popular coins in this generation and  many people supports their principles.

Without bitcoin every coin is a altcoin. And I think eth is the most popular and alt in this market. In marketcap now ripple crossed ethereum. But I don't take ripple as a crypto cause it's highly centralized and backed by banks. But having highest marketcap doesn't mean that that's the best altcoin. In this market there are many good projects. And some of the altcoins are really doing great. So choosing one best coin doesn't mean anything.
