I joined https://www.crypto.st and, on the 12 October, I sent to the address the site gave me (6dkgejkWhV8ZZU2UMb3Lwkfby2cPCm9Mwx) 377.8193952 FTC (confirm here http://ftc.cryptocoinexplorer.com/address/6dkgejkWhV8ZZU2UMb3Lwkfby2cPCm9Mwx ). Since the coins didn't show up, I wrote them 3 emails to their support address support@crypto.st and another message using their web support application. I received no answer. The money is still on the balance of the address, but even after 41 days it didn't arrive on my crypto.st balance.

edit: As expected, it was just a question of little attention to the support system. My balance was updated with the deposit and the subsequent withdraw worked fine. There was no scam.

I have some doubts about this being a scam. The FTC are still on the address. Perhaps it's pure negligence. But forum members most be aware of this.

I also have had an issue with them.  I deposited some litecoins and traded them for bitcoins, then when I tried to withdraw the bitcoins, they never showed up.  It's been over a week.  I sent them an email but got no response.

Nothing changed: no answer, no FTCs. It seems the owner of the site isn't looking on things and he is ruining its reputation.
They announce that withdraws are done manually; so, if nobody is watching, no withdraws will be processed. But I still think it isn't a scam, just a problem with the owner or pure disregard for the exchange.

I just got my bitcoins today, so I guess the guy was just not paying attention to the site. Nothing was lost though.

Still no answer or money. It seems the owner goes to the site once a week, or so, and takes care of the withdraws, but doesn't care to read the mail or check the deposits.

It's only a few FTC, not a big deal, but I'm not going to start being scammed now (I even wrote rules about how to avoid it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=198899.0; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=199141.0). And with this thread all members get a warning about this site.

It's incredible, but after all this time, the owner of crypto.st hasn't answer, send back the FTC as requested or even transfer the FTC from the wallet to where I sent them. He doesn't seem to ever check the email of the site or its support web system.

It sounds like they went in with the best intentions, but ran into the whole compliance thing and now it's basically abandoned.  I remember back in May or April when they announced the site and what it would do (arbitrage amongst all the major exchanges), I was very excited about the potential, but now I realize it was too good to be true.  Oh well.

The FTC are still on the same address. The owner simple doesn't check the site email/support. He is ruining the site reputation.

So you emailed Shamoon and he never replied?

If that is the name of the owner of the site, yes, I did: using the email of the site and using its web support system. It seems he doesn't read either.
