Since the market is currently in a dip red, I bet it is the best time for us to buy more altcoins. We must take advantage of the dip and just try to buy more and hold it until the market recovers again. We can't do nothing about the dropping down of the prices of altcoins today but to hold and wait for the best time to sell.

That's right, we can not influence the situation on the market, but we can take advantage of the opportunities that have been discovered and acquire as many promising coins as possible.

I would not  suggest any of them. Waves is russian team, ETH? look that happens now, nobody believe in ETH anymore. NEM is good, team is working, but it does not help the price to rise. Neo , I do not know, can't say anything

I would suggest the same. But you can observer ICO prices of some promising and safe altcoins to buy when they are cheap. But don't go all in, just use 10%, then if it drops, buy 20% more and so on..

Prices for all the Crypto currency are going down so long and so much that it's already scary to buy, because tomorrow the price will be even lower!
