i have this other ico that gives dividends too but those who hold their tokens in their wallet bought from ico will only get the payout. And those who put their tokens to exchange will not be illegible to receive the dividends.

1) Black Sea region first mover advantage
There are no other fiat to digital currency providers in the Black Sea region that can provide access to local national currencies. Spotcoin will unlock the market, giving millions of people easy access to digital currencies for the first time. Spotcoin has been an established OTC in the area since 2016, but only for larger investors who are spending at least $25,000 USD in a single transaction.
Our automated Spotcoin exchange will make it possible for a mass market to buy digital currencies and tokens. 2) Simple liquidity for the NEO

3) Highest token dividend
Our SPOT token is a dividend token. Unlike some other exchanges, we haven’t tried to force our token into our exchange process as a redundant way to create a use and demand for it. We’re keeping the business clean and simple. Just like our offer: SPOT token holders will receive 51% of all of the exchange fees from our automated exchange. Every week. To our knowledge, no other exchange offers a dividend this high.
4) Dividends from more than just the exchange
Our Spotcoin exchange will not be the only source of revenue, or of dividends. You will receive a 12% dividend from the net profits of our other business lines, quarterly. No you haven't missed the ICO. You missed only the pre-ICO. ICO dates yet to be announced. Therefore, you can participate in the Spotcoin ICO. |

I follow it closely because it is a Neo-based project..The people in the team are very active in the telegram group..They will definitely be very successful.
Yeah the fact that they are based in Georgia where there is no much issues about regulation is a good thing. |

you are building exchange only for fiat/crypto pairs or there can be perforrmed fiat/fiat trades? your mining facility will be used for cloud mining or as a new mining pool?
Client mining allows for people to contract out the maintenance and upkeep of their equipment to Spotcoin. Answer on first question: No. Crypto/fiat, SPOTCOIN are not doing forex |

It's more than just a good idea. There's a real problem with Liquidity that Spotcoin aims to solve. Add to that the mining operations and dividend payouts and you have yourself one hell of a coin. Cheers!

Spotcoin is based in Gerogia where the cost of electricity is much much cheaper as compared to other places. That's why the mining operations stand to generate a decent passive income over and above the dividend payouts.
