Spotcoin is actively educating and partnering with countries in black sea region. As I see currently most of these countries have no or little regulations/laws regarding crypto currencies. Do you see any potential regulations?

As developers already said, yes, they foresee regulations coming. It's only a matter of when. Most countries are pro-blockchain, but have a lot of reservations about the cryptocurrency side of the market since there is no uniform policy that can cover a borderless system.

Yes, for Travala airdrop you need to hold at least 300+ AVA in NEP-5 standard supported wallet. (NEON is great). |

whitepaper states, “SPOT token holders will be entitled to a weekly dividend of 51% of the total trading fees generated by Spoitcoin’s digital asset exchange. SPOT token holders are also entitled to an additional quarterly dividend of 12% of the net pro ts derived from Spotcoin’s mining, OTC and Spotpay payments businesses.” But it doesn’t discuss the form of this payment or how it is distributed
Payments for dividens will be done in GAS. Last information about ICO: Whitelisting starts on October 8th for ICO. Stay tuned for future information. |

Glad to hear about the announcement of the ICO dates. If I am not mistaken, they were supposed to held their ICO in June or July. I remember that they conducted the SPOT token pre-sale in June. What is the exact reason for the ICO delay? |

For ICO everyone who plans to purchase SPOT needs to complete KYC. If you have done it once during Pre-ICO then you don't need to go through KYC again . Also, recent airdrops and this referral program does not need KYC.
Referral program ends just before the ICO on Oct. 22, but a word of caution: Free SPOT can be popular. Developers will close the program early if the 140K SPOT runs out. |

Spotcoin reached out to all the Big 4 accounting firms (EY / PwC / KPMG / Deloitte) in order to conduct a token reconciliation of all funds raised during Pre-ICO and ICO. Ernst & Young and PwC both could not provide these services. They were interested in pursuing the business, but could not make provisions to move forward; however, SPOTCOIN are in communication with an international third party auditing firm and hope to close that contract shortly.

When's spotcoin digital exchange going live Q2 2019? Does the team intends to list spot token on other exchange before that? Thanks for any answer.
It takes time for SPOTCOIN team to manage everything in details with exchanges. So need to wait for official announcements. |
