If it's about holding altcoin in 2018. I would rather hold altcoin on ethereum, waves, xzc, ripple, stellar. because this altcoin is a nice coin and already has a long life as altcoin. also have a good project for all their futures. unlike current coins that live only a few months. and finally a scam.

In this year I will still try to invest in the best ICOs and keep some coins as well. But I am sure that another way to go should be trading. Using trading I managed to do good profit even when the market is bearish. For trading it doesn’t really matter if the market is going up or down, it just need to move

Since the start of this year was as tragic as it could get, hence, I am staying optimistic and holding all of my investments for at least 3 months. I know the market would take a lot of time to reach the top levels again, but I am bullish of BTC and hoping that it at least gets to 11k$ again in the next few months. It is heartbreaking to see the value drop down from 15k$+ to 7800$..

2018 has started off as a very rough year for crypto, but all is not lost just yet, i still think it will end well, my plan is to keep  holding and buying more coins whenever possible

That’s the only two things that a person can do in the current market situation :
1 Holding the existing coins.
2 Buying more coins in parts in every dip in order to gain significant profit when the market recovers and sees a bullish trend. I also try to sell my coins when there is a significant pump and then wait for a correction to occur in order to re-buy the coins and increase my holdings.

we had the same plan mate and i would like to review your alt also . As of now i have 3 alts including eth  but i have doubts on my other coins which they all now decreasing gradually due to bitcoin circumstances ,but I'm still  believing on its potential when it comes to long term .

My plan is to ride the wave and to accumulate heavy bags of my favorite altcoins. Wait for the next bullrun and just be patient in buying the dip. Trade less and hodl as much as I can while it is cheap. Hopefully it will be ok in the end and I have confidence that it will because crypto is getting stronger everyday. I just have faith in the technology.
