That's a huge sum amount of money and I will advice you to invest wisely cause crypto currency are volatility. However, the market is not looking now but bitcoin and promising ICO are the better chance you have right now.

It is good to see that you are holding bitcoin and almost all the top altcoins but you should try to increase your number of bitcoin.You are holding good amounts of Ethereum, neo, Litecoin, Monero and waves but the number of bitcoin should have been 4 at least. My sincere suggestion is to convert all other altcoins into bitcoin or much better, try to do altcoin trading and earn profit, then buy more bitcoin but do it in the dip.

I would like to chose ONE crypto and go "all in" with around 50k usd.

Doing my own research I found ICON (ICX) as possible 10-20x cryptocurrency in this given timeframe.

I would advise you not to look for any unpopular coins, but to turn your attention to ETH and NEO. It seems to me that their price is now very favorable for investing, and having bought them now after a while you can increase your starting capital in x2 - x4 times.

In my opinion, it is better to make your own research and trust your guts.

The most of the privacy coins are undervalued right now.

The best opportunity is to find a privacy-related project with a low total supply (less than 100M), that way the price will be increasing much faster.

I recently found one project called Ethereum Meta, it is related to anonymity and untraceable transaction. They have a very interesting project to build the Anonymous E-Market Place.

It really depends on how BTC price rises, if it is abrupt, people tend to panic and sell their alts, sending those to go down.  However, if the BTC growth is "organic" alts tend to out perform BTC specially during the initial pump.

There are opportunities there to maximize profit if you want to play it that way.

Don't invest in ICOs, choose something what is traded on exchange,like stratis, eos, neo, xrp. Don't bet on 1-2 coin, or you will be so dissapointed in case of falure. Diversification is best option

You should not spend all your money to invest in just 1 altcoin, no one puts all the eggs in the same basket. $ 50,000 is a huge amount, you can do many things. If I invest in the cryptocurrency market then I'd recommend buying 2-3 potential altcoins, you should choose the top altcoin on coinmarketcap like ETH, LTC, NEO, .. especially now, when the price of bitcoin and the altcoin is very low, this is a great opportunity for you to invest in crypto. Buying and holding altcoin I believe you will be profitable in the future.

Although bitcoin is the king of the cryptocurrency market but I think we should divide the assets out to invest.
I think if there are $ 50k, I would split 3 spaces to invest in 3 different altcoins. 40% will be for the bitcoin, 30% will be for the NEO and 30% will be for the ICX. These are the altcoins that have very good news recently. Take advantage of it and become richer.

Currently the cryptocurrency market is falling deeply, the price of bitcoin and all altcoin are very low. If you want to invest in this market then this is a very good opportunity for you. in this situation, I think that we don't have to use a big money because we can get stuck in high price and we don't have any chance to recover our money. but if we have skills to analyze the coins and we can determine where the coin wants to go, then it will worth for us to try so we can make money from trading. maybe he can use $10k first to see and check the market by buying ethereum or bitcoin only and then see what is going on in the market so he can make another decision to buy another coin.
