I'm already in Crypto since march 2017 and made a decent amount of money to pay off my bills and some holidays.

I had a situation in my family few months ago where I received a lot of money from my dead granma.

I would like to chose ONE crypto and go "all in" with around 50k usd.

My goal is 1 year HODL and then withdraw most of it for an house or something like that.

Doing my own research I found ICON (ICX) as possible 10-20x cryptocurrency in this given timeframe.


PS: Please do not suggest unknown or shitcoins. (I know those may make a good money but I am not confident on putting so much money in these).

i am curious about the what happened to ypur 50000 dollar?

does it fall to 10000 dollar or less?

yes, it will down too following bitcoin price but he still has a chance to see his investment increase back. all he can do right now is stay calm and don't panic like other people. for every coin that he has, I think now it moves up slowly and trying to get up higher although still far away to see the highest price, it's good for him and he can wait for a while.

At the moment, no doubt he would be suffering through a great loss but we all know this situation is not going to sustain forever. Sooner or later, the whole digital market is supposed to go green. If we look at the total market cap of digital market, it has actually not even touched 1 trillion dollars yet rather a big decrement took place in last three months. Holding on all the coins is the right thing to do.

You have too many coins. I suggest you to narrow it down. Some of your choices are very good but you also have scam coins in your portfolio. If you remove them and replace with good ones I think you will be good in long term.

and when the times come, I guess that he could only regret that he cannot patient for a while and sell his coins (if he desperate with the price is not increase). it is about how we could hold as long as we can and how patient we are with our coins. I am sure that when the whole digital market is going to green again, this is the time for us to make a big profit because we still hold the coin and only wait for the price to increase back.

Is 50,000 USD really an amount afford to lose for you? If yes, then congrats you are already quite rich to take too much risks with large amount of money. What I suggest you is keep certain percent in BTC and ETH and invest rest in new coins are promising ICOs.

if invesment ico now many can not grow when entering in exchange, it has a lot going on then altcoin already listed in the exchange can be an option as an investment that is definitely profitable

I would not invest more than $10,000 on ICOs if i had that money. Maybe those $50,000 would be spreaded in a few promising coins, like Powerledger, dragonchain, qlink, and a few other altcoins. Of course that having money on btc and eth is the most profitable thing that you can do.

For me investig more in eth and waves should be a better idea cause their moves on market, for me, showing that in near time those coins could have some big pumps.

I had a much smaller amount, so I made up a risky portfolio. But with such a large sum, I would prefer a more conservative portfolio.
