Hellenic Coin is a high promised crypto coin. First is strongly undervalued and second it will be connected with the sector of Greek tourist which welcomes more than 30,000,000 tourists every year.

This is funny, there is a reason why people don't want to invest in this coin, I don't know maybe people forget about valuation, there is a reason why Cocoa is more expensive than maize, because the value both provide are different. I will rate this project highly unless I have more information available

Keep an eye to the upcoming announcements from Hellenic Coin, indeed the price must have been much higher, investors haven't discover it yet but i think they will in the future.
The more information you want is to contact the first Greek hotel in Zakynthos island which accepts HNC and take advantage of the 20% discount, see if it works and then you have a story to tell for the upcoming hotels that will be affiliated with Hellenic Coin.
It is a project that needs time in order to work but i'm positive that it will work, that's why i say it is a mega story for huge profits, very few crypto coins have such a story.
In fact Hellenic Coin is an undiscovered treasure, remember that the first order with bitcoin was 2 pizzas paid for 10,000 btc??

It's the first time ever I heard about this coin, but apparently they exist since 2015 and make use of the technology of litecoin.

it was traded from 2015 since 2016 then it stopped trading and it begun agian on June 2017, it has small number of coins and i guess one one the reasons for low volume is that the free float must be very very small.

I can see that HNC for about 2 years was a dead coin. The coin seems to start (or restrart) with a plan of existance in the middle of 2017. Anyway the plan is good. Lets see how they handle the situation.

i have been watching that coin since last summer, it went up with big volumes and then down all the way to ATL , from yesterday it rebounded with big volumes, it's an interesting coin  only when the volume is pumping

It has been taken action by the bump signal bro. They might pay for the pump group to pull up this coin for sometime. You need to get this cheap coins now means than automatically signal group sells out again.
Afterwords again value goes to deep well. We cannot able to fidn the price bump again for sometime bro.

you're right but this means that the coin is not manipulated, it will go up from the demand when the coin is being accepted from more and more merchants and not because of the traders manipulation.
The coin established on 2015, on 2016 stopped trading and then it begun again on June 2017 so it's a "new" but very promised one!
