We are in the middle of the Graphene Snapshots and my PHR on the mobile wallet (Android App)
but the wallets are not working, the phone wallet doesn't synchronize.
What should I do? can the team help solve the issue?

just open your wallet in a few hours. there may also be up to 1 day or 2 days. it all depends on the network you have.
everything will happen very quickly. I hope you are lucky to be able to save your assets.

I took more than 24 hours but I don't have a fiber connection so it will surely be faster.

It seems that right on the day of the snapshot the price of PHR increases and it will dump back once the snap shot is over. Good to take advantage of this if you are a trader.

I am thinking about it too but still in dilemma, it is due to low liquidity on the exchange. I have observed it for a few days and figured out the fact that the price will not be able to tank if some trader sell or buy Phore for at least around 500$. if he forcibly sell or buy it, the price either go up for 20% or down for 20%.
that was the data I gathered before those big sell orders come up, need another confirmation about how the market react a few minutes before the snapshot and a few minutes after the next snapshot.

No doubt the liquidity is very low due to which buying pressure can pump the coin and selling pressure after the snapshot will further impact the price. You can see the big green candle which happen on the last snapshot day. This time the hype of snapshot is less so we may not find the same big green candle but still i am seeing more buying today as compare to the last few days.

But why phore doing an airdrop now when there is a problem with the mobile wallet, why the wallets weren't fixed first.
Isn't it like you are sabotaging your own project?

Just use other wallets or use the exchanges like stakecube or midas for the time being. It will be few hours before the snapshot. So if their mobile wallet is not working for you, you need to install wallets like in windows/linux/mac. But the time is running out. Better use one of the exchanges.

there is a problem with the mobile wallet that the Phore team is trying to fix, but due to the heavy load, the mobile wallet issue is probably not a priority since if you need to access your funds you can restore the private key in any other Phore wallet. I don't see this as a big deal since the important now is the airdrop and the release of the Graphene testnet, wouldn't you agree?

If some time ago many of them still kept their PHR in mobile wallets, I think that will either be a calculation or not because the wallet itself cannot be accessed.
some also must have stored it on the crex24 exchange (like me) and in the end I had to send the PHR that I had to my personal wallet on the desktop.
I hope it won't be a problem. because currently, the focus of the developer and the community is on GFN airdrop and snapshot.

Even with mobile wallet having issues, it wont have any impact on Graphene Airdrop, if you can see your PHR amount on explorer related to your mobile wallet, you will be able to claim $GFN Tokens,  vault.investments  recently confirmed they will support Graphene Airdrop to there platform users, Hope Crex24 will also support it soon
