can't sync

I have the same Problem. Only one Connection to the Network.

Try to add my pool IP to your config file:

Code:
addnode=82.196.3.83

http://btc2.cryptominer.net/

Smiley

EDIT:

"The new SeedNode for Bitcoin Scrypt is live please add addnode=31.193.130.77 to your client config file. This week the other two VPS seed nodes will be going offline and this new more powerful cloud server will take over."

Thanks for the update Smiley

The first exchange to host this coin will make a lot of money.
I really like to lay my hands on a few more, traded a lot already with trusted members but don't like trading on the forums, too much of a risk.

New Bitcoin sCrypt client with changed roaming folder! It will no longer interfere with your Bitcoin folder!

https://www.dropbox.com/s/5f19l5fnh8hdyzk/Bitcoin_Scrypt_Version_1.2.rar

- start the client, let it sync
- shutdown client
- copy or move your old Bitcoin sCrypt (BTC2) wallet.dat to the new Bitcoin-sCrypt folder.
- start client again, coins should now show up again!

I think it's ready for a real exchange now!

good to see the new version, but it is also possible to run the client with -datadir=c:\custom_data_dir to avoid this issue.

A new dev, Smokeasy, fixed the client and made the following changes:

1.  Fixed issue with blockchain download so now downloads entire blockchain from scratch.
2.  Changed the AppData directory so no more interference with Bitcoin SHA256 client or wallet.
3.  Added seednode to the code to resolve connectivity issues.
4.  Added checkpoints in the code to the 0, 11111, 33333, 55555 and 60000 blocks.
5.  Fixed gitian yml files so now gitian builds can get up and running with minimal debugging.
6.  Created gitian build instructions for Windows client.
7.  Provided his file checksum hashes for input and binary files built with gitian. (https://cryptocointalk.com/topic/2966-bitcoin-scrypt-v120-source-code-and-compile-instructions-for-linux-and-windows/)
8.  Enabled QR code generator, Windows Installer and daemon when doing the gitian build.
9.  Changed the logo to reflect Bitcoin sCrypt instead of Bitcoin 2.

Yeah. Smiley Just wait for it, when this coin goes up to a bigger exchange, it will explode. But I think it wont happen in the next few months.

Openex isnt a stable exchange like Cryptsy or BTC-e.BTC scrypt needs to be on a real exchange with real set price.Questions is will the community accept it after all this time?
