Claymore crashes right after setup as soon as the DCR pool check comes up. Here is the log:

11:20:23:831   1bb0   DCR: 0 pool is specified

It crashes right after that. I've tried everything I can find and it hasn't helped.
After a bunch of extensive googling I haven't come up with any answers so I was hoping y'all could help. Thanks in Advance for any help Cheesy

Increase virtual memory (Pagefile) at least to 16GB, greater would be better (adjust to your storage capacity).

You need to check the settings of Windows defender. Perhaps Claymore is blocked as a suspicious application. Try disabling Windows defender and if the app is running, add the Claymore to the exclusion list. I don't see whether the GPU is being tested or not. Perhaps the problem with the drivers of the GPU. Check in the hardware properties.

First things first... Are you dual mining Dec with Eth, or Eth by itself?  If Eth by itself, add the command -mode 1 to your start file.

Then you can be tried what suggested by @sindikat above. Or may you can try to run your GPUs on stock setting.

I've checked defender and nothing is listed there. I've reinstalled my drivers. I reset my GPUs back to stock bios and oc settings.  None of them worked. At this point I'm thinking it might be a problem with the card unless there is something that I am missing.

How much your card by the way? And tell me about your PSU wattage. I suspect it's a power issue. Does this trouble just happen when you do dual mining?

I'm currently in the setup phase of a 6 card rig, but since things haven't been working I've just been trying to get Claymore to run with only one card, so power shouldn't be an issue. That aside, my psu is 1500w. I'm only doing ETH mining, and it does the same for dual mining mode.

I'm mining ETH only, and I added the command. Nothing changed.

Sorry didn't see clearly your log file. It's clear when you describe it more. Look like you need to re-download claymore (seems you need fresh one), and turn-off you windows defender or anti-virus (if you have it), just to make sure all of Claymore file safe (not moved anywhere).

Default Windows Defender. It doesn't seem to think Claymore is a threat though.

I did everything you said, including fully disabling windows defender and reinstalling Claymore but I still have the problem. Am I missing something?

So, what else possible? have you check Risers? Or may try to plug your card directly to PCIe 16x without Risers?

Or maybe you still run your cmd.exe (Command Prompt) in quick edit mode. Just check it, open your Command Prompt then right-click, properties and make sure uncheck quick edit mode.

How many cards in the rig?

Start your rig with only one GPU installed. If everything works, shut down your rig and add another one. Maybe one of the cards/ risers is just acting up.

Just comparing your log file to some of mine, your machine is craping out right before OpenCL initializes... just a thought.  Almost like Claymore is not seeing your cards.

Yeah I thought a bit of the same. However when I go into Device Manager I can see the card is just fine and It says that it is working nominally. Do you have any idea of how I can allow claymore to detect the cards?
