Yes, personally, I do not even doubt it. If you look at the last year, the price of bitcoin has grown a great many times. I do not see anything that could prevent it from happening again. I think that even 30 thousand dollars is not the highest price that he can achieve. There are all chances to get 40 thousand, and maybe 50 or so.

Despite of all the negative news that affected bitcoin since the first month of this year,it's good to know that you remain positive at all times.And yes it should be the proper way of thinking just like me.Because if we really have faith in bitcoin,then we should not lost hope.We must keep on expecting for the price to soar high again.And last year's price increase was just a proof.Surprises come when we least expect it so for sure bitcoin will really hit $30k or even higher than that.

Everything is possible in the cryptocurrency world.
Don't forget that last year (2017) Bitcoin price jumped from 800$ in January to 20k $ by the end of December.
Now the price is around 9k, you can do the math and you will find that Bitcoin can easily surpass the 30k you aee talking about.

About which ICO are you talking about? most of the ico's who started this year are below ICO price at this moment, so they were not that good so far..

Last year we've touched all time high in $20000 from $1000 in january 2017.There is a possibility that this year bitcoin growth will exceed that amount.But looking at year 2016 to 2017,there's no significant change in the price for a whole year.So we need some big development to make the price move again or it will be 2016 all over again.

New all time high will never be impossible with Bitcoin in the coming days or months so nothing to worry about that.

it's hard to say but it's possible to happen because bitcoin now is trying to increase and many people know about bitcoin although they don't read the truth about bitcoin. the price seems to get hard to increase because every time the price is moving up, in a few hours later, the price is down again and it happens again since January this year. so maybe at the end of this year, bitcoin could reach $30k or will stay at the price now. but I am sure that bitcoin will reach $30k and we need to be patient to see the price.

all of these possibilities are sure to exist especially in the future many countries will create a valid crypto in their country. because bitcoin is the base of all altcoin then i think the bitcoin price will keep increasing.
