hold or sell? help me

Just hold and don’t panic to sell just because things value are down. actually take the opportunity to buy more coins while they are down. If i be on ur place i will hodl my altcoins becose sale on low prices u lose very big money but if u hodl u dont lose anything just wait for better time when price go up.I think prices recover in this summer end like year before look in graph always the same happens.

Don't sell them yet wait until the market  recover then sell them, after that it is up to you to switch to other coins or bought it again at a lower price when the market crashes again. No one could actually predict how bitcoin market will behave in the future so don't focus on negativity around you.

From my point of view don't sell your coin in low rate.Because coin up and down it's a nature of market so just keep patience and  wait.

You're account is being downgraded and i think you lose your coin now. So why giving up? Why you think to sell them?. Because the price is cointinue decrease ?. If you do that you'll lose a lot of money and effort so i advice to hold.
