hold or sell? help me

Currently I own a lot of altcoin, I bought them at ico. My account is being downgraded several times. There are many people who say bitcoin will continue to decrease, so altcoin prices also decreased compared to USDT. So now, should I sell them and wait for the price to buy back? Give me advice 

do not believe just because people say bitcoin will continue to fall and affect the decline of other altcoin. I think the decline in bitcoin prices at the beginning of this year is common. usually a decrease in crypto prices does not last long and a few weeks later it will go up though not significantly. trade requires patience and accuracy in making decisions. so if your coin is still below the target you specify it is better retained. maybe that's my opinion

in my thought before you sell. clay altcoin prospect that it could first bounce back or not, then when you may sell, try to sell at a higher price than the price you buy the altcoin. so my advice good luck and help
