For the current situation all the coins are red or down dramatically, maybe all you have to do is hold it and keep it until there is a change even though it's unpredictable. because even if there is a rise it is just manipulation and only rises a bit and not long will fall back. or you can sell it when the price goes up even if only slightly and if there is any doubt in order not to lose it all.

This is a difficult time for sure but unless you were selling in the first few hours of token release after an ICO it is likely that you are sitting on a paper loss right now. If you have some coins from high potential projects such as Wepower, Bee, Dadi etc I would hold on to them and wait for a reversal iln the market.
