it's an art print telling you to put trust in worthless paper.  It's satire!  Notice the background of the artwork mentions the decline of the purchasing power of USD over the years

Well, I guess now that you changed the title and edited the description a little bit, that becomes clear. It was confusing, I thought you were selling cash, with [WTS -- CASH] and then just the title of the artwork .

The title did need some modification.  Post description remained the same.  You didn't wait for the image to load
