Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I invite you to join in bounty Merculet, another project from Krypital Team. With good platform, like CMT, ABT, this project will be success in near future.

I joined alot of bounty and some of them are scam, not paid. I lost alot of time.
I think you shouldn't join any bounty with
Poor participants and high payment. ALMOST project  with high token value are scam.

At this time, you can join Cybermiles( CMT) bounty campaign to promote their Testnet event at 11:45 AAM GMT+8 30/03/2018.
They will lunch testnet to prove their blockchain fater than ETH and apply it for E-commerce.
If you take care of Cybermiles, do not miss this event

I think you need to study the ICO project carefully firstly, before joining its bounty campaigns. If the project looks stable and promising, then it will pay you your reward, and its tokens will be listed in many exchanges with good rates. If not, you risk to waste your time and effort for months without getting results, because there is many scam projects.

Choosing a good bounty campaign is not easy, requiring a lot of experience as well as good analytical skills. In order to find a good ICO, you should have a team to analyze and update the ICO on Social to be able to evaluate the most specific ICO. Analysis of basic information such as the number of tokens sold in the ICO stages, project teams, projects in which country, the purpose of the project was born will help you choose the best ICO bounty campaign.

For the allocation of bounty hunters, usually already in the announcement or tread. I suggest before choosing a bounty program, you understand website, whitepaper, developer, social media account, and road map.

You can look at the signature forum for people with high rank. And choose the same campaign.

the simplest is to choose good and popular managers. Also I monitor popular sites with ICO rating ratings. I choose top estimates and search for the bounties of these companies. Good luck in hunting)

Currently there are too many bounty, how to choose a good bounty to join? What is your opinion on this issue?

I think you should check the team first. Without a good team, no ICO can reach success. After of that, I think you should check the forum page of the campaign and spreadsheet of the bounty to see if the campaign is managed by good managers. And finally I can say that, luck is a really important factor too. Good luck!

There are a lot of good bounties here. First, read their campaign. Check their website. You need to understand their company. Check the bounty manager. Check their trust.  Learn how will the campaign go or the company you are joining. Study it so will know, if it be worthy joining.

in my opinion, a good bounty is bounty which not scam.
i mean that, we can not to know earlier about the bounty is good or not, we will know the bounty at running or at the end.

Bounty campaigns are an important part of marketing and promoting companies that attract users and investors. My experience with selecting a bonus campaign is:
- Managed by professional and experienced bonus management teams or people who are highly regarded and trusted.
- great reward for the participant and it is guaranteed.
- Many participants.

I would base your bounty choice on if you would use your own money to buy the coin and how much is on offer. for example research the token/coin for a strong use case and product, strong team, good, marketing, large support (ie telegram)
the better the ICO the more chance it will go up and your bounty tokens will be worth something decent.

You should spend some time for research the project before participate in their bounty. Trust me it will be better to spend 1-2 hours for research than do the work for 2 months and get nothing.

My strategy is to look at:

1. The idea
2. Team and advisors
3. White Paper
4. Manager who leads bounty campaign
5. Social pages and site
6. Token Metrics and Prototype

There are many good bounty programs, and it makes you confuse to choose them. You should see the allocation of the bounty available, but be careful because some of them are doing a scam. And then in addition to viewing allocations, you should also see whitepapers, teams, roadmaps and social media accounts of the company that is constantly updated.
