I wanted to help bounty managers in the search for dishonest Russian bloggers. But my proposals were ignored.

What is the problem?

This is very good. We really need prompt actions when it comes to dealing with violators. Cheating is an attitude that should not be condoled. I believe this will teach other cheaters some lesson. I so much dread when someone is siphoning the benefits meant for sincere people from them.
