Same experience. I was told much to sell it and yet I just cannot. That was half a year ago and I am still holding it.
They cannot understand for they are not part of it.
One friend of mine debated with me on this. It is all pure what if's. All questions starts with that and it hurts me to think that people are really that attached to the traditional money. Okay you used that for a long time but technology is changing and someday there will be also a lot of changes with the way you pay. Bitcoin is part of that. Still they will debate about this.
Also one problem when you are living in a third world country.

I already told my part to those who wanted to learn about bitcoel, some already believed when I showed them my big profits, some still thought it was fraud, and if they are still blind, I will not waste my energy and strength to prove that they are mistaken Bitcoin.

I just gave up  It's to much argue with people all the time and they just remain stubborn and don't want to accept your opinion. I'm already to tired from such useless work. I will prove them that they was wrong when I buy new house from my crypto earnings, I guess |

You can walk the horse to the river but you cannot force it to drink. The same principle applies here when you talk all the facts and benefits about Bitcoin to an adamant person who do not want to get along. I do not worry my head with such people but i make sure i clear the air with all those fake news.

Yes yes yes. But I'm afraid that some will only believe in bitcoin if they see it stay around for decades. Bitcoin is already 10 years old right? Idk. But I think that is what needs to happen first.

Many peoples thinking Bitcoin os fake and scam
They did't believe me when i invest in bitcoin. O have to prove the bitcoin is not scam. After seen my earning only they will believe. Then they will believe bitcoin.

I think a lot of people around us has told us that Bitcoin is a FAD or a SCAM or a Ponzi scheme. Some of our closest relatives have told us to SELL before the BUBBLE will burst. {guess we hear that enough?} The media is telling everyone that Bitcoin is the tool of criminals and terrorists and child pornographers and paedophiles. Most of these people are not invested in Bitcoin, but it looks like they are looking for reasons to attack it. How many of you want to prove them wrong? I sometimes look at these people and I think... WTF are you on about? I seldom bring up the subject anymore, because everything coming out of their mouths are negative. The only time when they are interested, is when the price hits a all time high. Then they want advice to invest in Bitcoin and when they buy at the ATH, and the price drop with 10%, then they panic sell....lose money....blame Bitcoin. I am sooooo sick of this. I hope we can finally prove them wrong in the near future, because this is definitely getting under my skin now.  i’d like to prove them wrong. i trust bitcoin. bitcoin is going to bring back it’s glory. bitcoin is going to rise again and will take the world by storm. The best thing is to wait for me to understand and to prove my self that investing just like this is worth of wait than investing on others you don't know if your invest it will be back to you in return.. |

I think the best way to show them that bitcoin is not under that illegal activity is to show them the actual activity. Let say showing them a cash and straight bought a bitcoin, then after a week or so, when the price goes up, cash out that bitcoin and show them again the cash with the earnings. People nowadays can easily be encouraged if there is an actual experiment they have seen by themselves. And if they see some earnings, most of the people don't think twice and could easily jump in and join the community.

Well I do know people who have been called crazy when they got into crypto. Now they are the ones laughing as those that made fun of them try to get in now at prices much higher than years before.
Obviously there are risks if you are just in for some quick bucks. Those are the people that say they "lost" their money
Exactly, they are just making fun of bitcoin because they never know the life changing effect that bitcoin brought to people. |

Yes im willing to wait to prove them wrong about bitcoin because my friend make fun of me about bitcoin he said that im wasting my time for this crazy things thats why im willing to wait that time has came that he gonna say infront of me to teach him how to bitcoin im so excited hehehehe. |

I won't prove them wrong about bitcoin. It is their choice if they want to invest their money to something that they think valuable in the future. It is all about luck to find such a good investment. Bitcoin surprisingly become one of it, a good investment. We can't decide on ourselves and also have a doubt on bitcoin a way back before its price greatly increases. They've just got a wrong investment to choose and no proving who has the mistake about investment stuffs.
Yeah I myself do not want to be too busy responding to their opinions about bitcoin, thats true that it's their choice to pick that bad information and it's their choice not to use bitcoin, I do not need to prove anything, the important is I'm very lucky to be able to join in bitcoin while they don't |

In my own opinion I wont waste my time proving them that they are wrong about bitcoin. Since we all have different belief if they don't believe in bitcoin then its there lost and if they believe in bitcoin then they have knowledge in cryptos. Also because there are some people who dont't have any knowledge in bitcoins or any crypto and will just judge whatever the media will say which is very wrong. Also it takes will and courage to take risk in bitcoin. |

I am just a small timer at bitcoin but l can prove that bitcoin is life when my account was not banned yet l used to get my pay on-time and it helps me provide my family needs and l got savings. We dont need to prove anything to anyome.And it is not our work to prove it. Just make them realize their wrong. We dont have to say anything and make them regret nit trusting bitcoin. That is good thing to do.

I also experienced that, to the point that I did not want to discuss the topic with people who always criticize bitcoin. I think in the near future they will realize how bitcoin is something that is not bad. we just wait and prove it
