I already mine Ethereum using GPU. Can only Monero be mined by a CPU?

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Here check this topic out. As far as I can see, it has everything that could help you with your "what to mine with CPU" problem   Grin

But honestly I am not sure if CPU mining is profitable this days. Also, next time do some searching before making new topic.  Wink

you can do mining XMR using CPU but I doubt whether you can get a profit because of that coin difficulty is hight if used a CPU. and if you will try to dual mining be careful with a temperature and power consumptions.

You can mine with cpu a lot of coins, based on cryptonight algo and even some other coins, but honestly there is not much sense now.. the profit you could reveve will be very small

Im mining a new coin called "Wavi". They created their own algorithm and they want to bring back CPU mining and remove ASICs from the mining space. You should check them out, they got an announcement thread here on bitcointalk.
