Once it says like rumours spreading on the forum and elsewhere but today it shows that it is the truth in the marketplace value. I would like to use the coinbase exchange but they do not have the option to use for my country. Actually today coinbase confirms that they will having the option to utilise the ERC 20 tokens on their exchange. It will be work perfectly. It is really going to be a top notch for the whole crypto space as we get to see some tokens with some relevance getting pushed up in value as a result of that. It is still too early to start judging how things will be turning out though, but from the look of things, since it is a US based exchange, I am very sure it is going to be affecting which token is listed at the end of the day based on how US regulation has been known to play out eventually. Let's see how this turns out for the market. It's been 2 months already since they announced about their intention, but we haven't heard anything from them about the progress. Since there's no ETA, we can't expect and just patiently wait. I guess they will make an update/announcement when it's already done.
I guess the progress is coming up gradually since they have announced the revival of their exchanges and trying to revamp the exchange space for themselves so as to benefit the traders in the long run. With this, I am sure this would have been worked in a way and I believe it is just a matter of time before we started seeing this come to fruition. Also, not sure yet what their criteria of selecting tokens would be like, but I guess time will tell. |

As it is presently, it looks like coinbase is really trying to set a pace in the market and trying their best to see how they can really benefit hugely from it. With the way they have been tuning up their exchanges and coming up with series of innovation to make things better, and with the news of probably adding the ERC20 tokens, even though it has been a rumor for a while looking at when OP posted this, but recently looking like a possibility, then I must say this market is turning up for a great future. |

Adding ERC20 in coinbase is a good Idea because most of the project right now are base in ERC20 so if they add this many traders will use coinbase and this is good for me because I always use coinbase this is not hassle for me because most of the token that I have will store in coinbase if they add that.

yes, this could pave the way for supporting ERC-20 assets across coinbaase products in the future. but, for those who are not familiar with the term, ERC-20, this refers to a number of tokens built through the intelligent contract feature on blockchain ethereum in particular, specifically referred to as token-standard ethereum. |

Very great news! Interesting to see That’s look promising right. Been out of the country last March to June haven’t heard anything about this news from direct notification or nonetheless no email from Coinbase, literally haven’t send one. I feel neutral for now as i don’t have given much attention on its validity on MOR(my own research). I do use Coinbase and Erc20 wallet so this announcement will surely benefit us all, more competition is better. Let’s wait and see if this would be in there application soon. |

With the way they have been tuning up their exchanges and coming up with series of innovation to make things better, and with the news of probably adding the ERC20 tokens, even though it has been a rumor for a while looking at when OP posted this, but recently looking like a possibility, then I must say this market is turning up for a great future. Its business by the way and all sorts of possibilities on how to extent market would definitely be done or being planned since theres no ETA being mentioned then we cant really expect on when it would be applied or implemented but the good thing that they do already extent out. We do know how US sees thru crypto. For coinbase users this would totally a positive thing for them not only but also to the market which it can surely affect but not wont too big. |

Now many traders are using this exchange. Because most of the new projects now coming based on ERC20 tokens due to smart contract program. So the price of ethereum has a chance to increase more. Coinbase is a trust worthy exchange now adding erc20 tokens it becomes more popular in the crypto market.

That’s right, it’s rather an interesting news, truly it brings us a big change and big chance to welcome so many more cryptocurrencies to this huge platform. ERC20 is the token standard of ethereum and it’s such a technical standard used for smart contracts through Ethereum blockchain. I mostly think that many of us would be more likely to find a significant benefit fom it. Anyway, coinbase give supporting for ERC20 lead us to amazing exchange. |

if indeed the coinbase will Add the support of ERC20 I think this is pretty good because of course it will increase the market back passion especially on increasing price of Ethereum which is used as smart contract from some token based on Etherum. I hope this will work well and can make it easier to exchange.

If so it will be a very happy news for everyone because most bounty and reseller men use coinbase to hold Eth or BTC. But matter of sorrow that i heard it about 2-3 months ago that coinbase is going to support ERC-20 assets but still there is no progress in their work. I think its one kind of business policy of coinbase team.

I remember when they said Bitcoin is the only one good we won't consider another coin. Now they are adding a bunch if ERC20? How funny it is

In my opinion it is a technical standard used for contracting intelligently through the Ethereum series. I mainly think that many of us will be more likely to find a more substantial benefit. Because most of the new projects are now based on the ERC20 token by the smart contract program. Thus, the price of ethereum has a chance to increase. |
