Introducing Trinkets (NAC)

Scrypt-jane Pow/PoS
Aimed at the crypto community's small to medium players
Explores energy efficiency by encouraging users to rely on PoS rather than the energy and resource hungry PoW
Attempts to satisfy functionality while experimenting with different reward calculations
Inspired by CENT, it will have non-divisible units, smallest being 1 NAC

Design specs

Block reward of  5 during GPU mineable period, increases to 50  once it is CPU only
Pit-stop rewards for solvers of NAC specials (to encourage mining even when it seems pointless)
Trinket blocks will have 666 coins each (they'll be primes)
Monthly stake of 300% compounded daily @  1 % during GPU mining period, raised to 600% compounded @ 2% for CPU period

Remarks

I hope to improve the currency by time of release, as this is a pro-ann, note that some kinks are being hammered out.
There is no rush to release, there will be a 2 day ANN and a 100 block no reward period to allows miners to prepare. I give myself a week to do it and also to hear the communities opinions and ideas.
Premine is debatable at the moment, i first want to get a functional coin then see what costs i would have incurred to get it to perfection.
Anyone is welcome to join in getting it off the ground.

May be backed by Zimbabwean dollars, i now have 10 trillion of them.

if you could have the config settings needed for the scrypt jane gpu miner on launch that would be great

if your in at the start you shouldnt need a premine

Not we didn't need it.
Total coin supply?

I think i'll limit PoW to 2 million or so, as for Pos maybe 100 million.

do not premine is my opinion!

Then do tell me how to pay for development costs? I'll obviously need help to try regulate the minting to maneagable levels, as well as making the PoS statements that make fun but realistic interest. I'm no good at graphics so someone's gotta do it. I tried relying on community donations once after coin launch, what a debacle.

Anyway if the costs are mininmal, i wont need to premine, i think i have a pool secured already so that's off, Block explorer may be tricky, but i'll see as it goes.

GPU and CPU miner will be ready at launch. Trying to get everything in order for a smooth launch.
