If this news is true, it will be good. but many ICO's are scammed lately.
it is now difficult to see, if one ICO is really legit or not.
even bounty hunters now often got scammed by the ICO their participate.

No body should take this news serious or discredit it, rather we wait and get the official communique from the Chinese government to confirm or deny thenews. But if it is true then it will really boost the price of Bitcoin in future.
Basically, this. It's interesting news, but futile to sort of try to discredit or prove the merit of this report. Either way, if people are talking about a move towards legalization of ICOs, then it's positive.

I really hate this country, china continue to play FUD issue every year. they dare to do so because they feel the Chinese community contributed greatly in the movement of the world cryptocurrency market. clearly the fact makes them arrogant to continue to play the issue as per the needs of their group.

Lolz.

China has made themselves look like clown. (No offence at all). But they are acting like one because first they accepted it, they let the bitcoin and altcoin run in their country, then in the mid year they stood up against the whole crypto community. They started banning all the exchanges in their country. By the year end 2017 they published that OTC trading or exchanges will be allowed with some limits. Then again at the year start their were FUD's that china is going to legalise few of the exchanger by having them on verified list by analysis their legal documents and blah blah. Now again we are ta the point where news is coming that they are going to legalise the bitcoin. What the heck is this.  Tongue
you can think that they look like a clown but behind that clown is a great strategies, we all know that the country of China has a big impact on bitcoin and altcoins and almost all of them are businessman, in every news they spread , it may go up or down it depends on what news (fear of uncertainty and doubt) or FOMOs (fear of missing out) or positive news the bitcoin value fluctuate. This things are their strategy to buy cheap and to sell high, to gain more.

Do you believe in such news? I don't. It's funny to hear people say thank you to the government. My advice to you. Never trust your government. The interests of any government never coincide with those of ordinary people. For them, politics and the interests of big capital always come first.

The password is required on the purse. It is best to store multiple copies of the purse in different places, just an excellent option is a piece of paper-simply write it there.

According to https://t.me/oneminute_crypto_news which translated the source from Sina, a Chinese media website, that in a conference held by Chinese official web media, People's Web, a famous scholar Dong Yang released that Chinese SEC is conducting the legal research to legalize the ICO and the ICO will become a legit tool of crowdfunding soon.

I agreed that Dong Yang is not a high-level official and he is a professor at Renmin University who is active in the crypto space. I think the focus of the news should be:

1. The Chinese SEC is revisiting the crowdfunding tool;
2. The so-call legit ICO may actually become a tool with heavy regulation in the cryptocurrency space.

So, please wait and see.

the problem is that this "heavy ICO" might be controlled by a corrupt authority,
or will desire a license fee costing billions, similar like the german licensing system that is designed especially for foreign billionaires.

it could be similar like "halal" claimings or "islamic banking"

although under it could also be inclusive for others.

but it poses a threat as an elite will try to establish itself specialised on those "legit icos" then fighting others, like apex predetors to protect their power and wealth.

China has a huge market for bitcoin, earlier lot of Chinese were there in the crypto market, once China banned bitcoin users were reduced. Now again we have a news that ICO legalization so it could definitely create positive impact on the market.

In my opinion, the behavior of the Chinese government is consistent. China is a former dictatorial country still very rigid in economic management. It is normal that China first forbid ICOs and then once the system is understood, it regulates and allows it.

According to me goverments should bring regulations about ICO announcements instead of banning them. Yeap they are right from some perspectives. There are lots of ico were announced to fraud people. But still there are lots of quality ico procets exist.
