I know the question has probably been answered 20 different ways but I still want to chime in.  In short, tt's basically a percentage.

Let me give you an example :

Someone joined Crestonium Bounty Campaign and the total bounty allocation is here :

Campaign                             Percentage
Signature and avatar bounty          20%
Translations bounty                       15%
Blog post / Media bounty               10%
Twitter bounty                             10%
Facebook bounty                          10%
Bug bounty                                 1 0%
Telegram bounty                            5%
Voting DAPP bounty                       5%
Miscellaneous bounty                   15%

If the total amount of CXS that will be distributed at the end of the bounty campaign is 5M CXS, and the total number of stakes gained for the signature and avatar bounty is 40,000 and he/she has gained 100 stakes.
Then he/she will receive [5,000,000 * 0.20 * (100/40,000)] = 2,500 CXS

Stakes are a percentage of a pool that is being distributed depending on how many each person has accumulated.

Let's say I'm giving away 100 BNA tokens. Billy, Janus, Han Solo, and Chewbacca all have 5 stakes at the end of my campaign, so they all get 25 BNA tokens.

But let's say Chewbacca gets 10 stakes while everyone else still has 5. Chewbacca will get more than 25 tokens, and the others will get less.

Oh, so it will somehow have a competion inside the campaign since other members will get more stakes than others and while they’re achieving more and more stakes, people who are lower rankers that has a lot of posts will also decrease their share if highrankers completed all stakes. Sad but that’s benefits for the high rankers. Hopefully I could be one someday.

Stakes are the percentage you receive on the total that is usually used to distribute the token to the bounty participants. For example, you get 100 stakes in a campaign and a total of 15,000 stakes. With the bounty distributed for $ 100,000, you will receive 100/15000 * 100,000 = $ 666.67

stake use to count how much token you get in the end of bounty for example you get 50 stakes total stake of participants are 1000 and total allocation for bounty is 10000 so the formula to count your token in below

token you get = Total allocation/total stake all participants * your stake

token you get = 10000/1000 * 50

token you get = 500 tokens

i hope you understand with my explanation

The stakes you've got in the bounty campaign has a valuable token in your bounty campaign.Stakes are your total shares from the bounty campaign which you participated and it can be computed by getting the difference between the total token  supply and the allocated token for the campaigns multiplied to your total stakes which means the fewer the bounty participants the bigger number of tokens you will have. The stakes are the income you earn during the campaign.

Stakes are the percentages of the bounty tokens you were able to pool. The amount of money you will make from a stake will depend on the total tokens allocated for bounty campaigns

Stakes are the ratio of coins/tokens you will get, to the total allocated coins/tokens of the bounty. Let's say I'm giving away 100 ABCD tokens. A, B, C, and D all have 5 stakes at the end of my campaign, so they all get 25 ABCD tokens.

In other words, the Bet is the share. How many bets you collect as many shares from the total
Pool you will get. A pool is the amount allocated to a given company. If yoy know this you can
easily count how much you get. The following is an example of how to do this.
