Stakes define how many tokens should you get according to your activity from total bounty allocation.

Stakes amount is not the tokens amount. see below example.

your total stake amount for bounty program: 80 stakes. (X)
Total stakes for the whole bounty program: 9200 Stakes (Y)

Total token allocation for bounty program: 10,000 (T)

your bounty token amount is : (80/9200)*10,000= (X/Y)*T = 86.95 Tokens

Hi, the stack is a conventional unit of bounty campaigns (if talking about this forum).
The size of the stack depends on the number of coins allocated to a particular campaign divided by the number of stacks in this campaign.
Example:
Allocated funds in coins of the bounty 100000/5000 (stacks) = 20 coins.
Then if you have 5 stacks, they are equal to 100 coins.

Stake is the portion or percentage of the bounty pool awarded to individuals for participating in a bounty campaign. It is the basis upon which your final bounty reward is calculated. For example, if you earned 100 stakes in a campaign and the total stake earned by all of you that took part the campaign is 1000, while 50000 tokens are earmarked for the campaign, your final reward is calculated as:
your stake/total stake *number of tokens (100/1000*50000 = 5000)
