it is not true,because if the market is only down and down, if it is no time for rising up, I think the market is on the crisis now. maybe the other coins are continue to dropping but not all, in the last month we are the witnessed what the price of the cryptocurrency. and the bitcoin is only at 7,000$ but now the price is at 9,000 so it means that the market are not going down and down only
