I am not concern about the fact that how long would it take to recover. It has a good potential to recover in no time and we all know that. But everyday a new FUD or a bad news about the cryptocoin/BTC is breaking the patient and the trust.

Don't think it'll take 2 years... well, I say that, but then there is also  the sword of Damocles hanging over crypto in various forms -- regulations + Mt. Gox whale with a seemingly endless supply of coins to dump.

2 years is very long period of time to recover a market. I think it only take a months up to 1 year to make market recover. All they need to do is to try to manage their projects again, according on their roadmap of their projects. The cryptocurrency market is still a baby market. The recovery wouldn't take too much time like you envisaged. Many people lost money but I think the persons that lost money mostly invested into this space to make a quick buck and not for the technology itself. The result of this bear market is mainly bad news spreading all over the place. When the confidence is back, you would see crypto hit the roofs. Remember, a week in crypto is like 4 months on the traditional market.
