If I run one GPU the bios will show and simple mining will run. However, if I try with more then one GPU the gpus fans will spin but it won't show anything on the screen. I have tried multiple different GPUs (rx570s) and risers, I have even tried another motherboard, cpu etc. I dont know what else to try?

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

begin by telling us your complete setup (psu, cpu, motherboard, etc)

BTC no more than 6k by end of 2019. ETH no more than 300$ by end 2019. Huge market manipulation, huge amount of scammers and hypers.

I also just tried a new PSU still the same. It is not the gpu or the riser because each one individually will work.

When you connect the second GPU that shows properties of the equipment? Perhaps you have one GPU with a standard BIOS and the second GPU with the modernized BIOS. Be sure to check this setting and the driver operation. Very often in such a situation the second GPU driver does not work. The error code 43.

in the settings of the motherboard look ? I have worked 2 cards and 2 new was not working in the settings of the motherboard changed GEN 1 to GEN 3 , then began to work normally, maybe there are settings you need to check and swap. Often include the function of 4g.

Make sure you have connected power and USBs to risers properly. Might seem like a thing to not even mention but you often see people forget that.

If you want and feel like bothering, you could download a free copy of Windows 10, install it and see if you get any better results.
