Given the exchange rate of around $800, this weeks transaction fee will remain at 0.015BTC.

It's good to see the gap between ask/bid is closing again, means more and better market for trading shares.

Now all we need is to start trading more than a couple bonds every few days :-P

Not a typo on doubling my entry above - I just want to buy 2 shares for myself and 2 for somebody else (so 2 different addresses). I sent mmmerlin a PM yesterday with no response, is this the right thing to have done?

Yes you must agree with the seller about terms, maybe mmmerlin doesn't want to sell only 2 shares maybe if you pay the fee, at least he should reply. Regards

Regards Perhaps he doesn't want to deal in such small quantities. Unfortunately I don't do this as a business I just wanted a couple of shares to hold on to. I had always assumed that buyer would pay the fees and didn't think to mention that when I sent him the PM, that could be the issue as well!

Jeffrey - you have PM.
Related question (possibly for grnbrg), do I need to make the payment from the same address that the shares will be assigned to? 2 of the shares I want to buy are a gift to a friend and so I was going to provide him with the address and private key for christmas. I could send the money to that address then use it to buy the shares but then I need to import the key into my client and I don't want to risk getting his shares mixed up with mine.
Argh! 360 second posting timeout then duplicate post notification... hopefully this doesn't double post

Apologies, the lack of response was due to being AFK for a few days. I am happy to sell any quantities as long as the buyer pays the fees. Will respond to all via PM now. FWIW I will never ignore people so a lack of response either means I'm away or am lazy/forgetful so always worth giving me a poke!
