The source of most hacking is either through database leaks from other sites where people have used the same passwords or through malware and malicious applications. But how the hacker easily get access into the account without facing login approval process? Do they also get the IP details of the user with database leaks? We all know that freebitco sends a login approval link to the account email if a user tries to login from new IP address. Adding 2fa is enough to secure account but a lot of people don't like to set it.

Isn't it possible to bring some changes in the login approval system? As example, user will receive a security code through his email during login no matter if it's from whitelisted or new IP address. I have seen this system at few many gambling, trading and crypto wallet site.

We closed Doge down because it was never profitable and we were encountering more and more problems with the Doge core software being unreliable. The code hasn't been maintained for many years there is no hope that will ever get sorted out. There has been a long delay paying out final withdrawals for the same reason. Our Doge node crashed and required rebuilding. The latest update I have is that it has finally stopped crashing and is about 50% way through resynching the entire Doge blockchain.

Back then it gave you few doge but with the current price, it probably will give you fraction of it. Imagine getting 0.05 doge for every claim

Haven't tried ETH for such a long time but with the new ATH I decided to try and see transaction fees now and I just spend $1 on a manual fee transaction and it went through in 15 minutes. Just to let everyone know, in case someone's thinking to get FUN;)

Just set 8/9 gwei fee, and triple your max gas used.

Spending RP on claiming the bonus booster will only be effective if you are sure you will have a lot of free time or you will be able to recoup even more than you spent after activating it.  If you have not yet achieved the goal of reaching 100K RP, maybe you should target to reach it first rather than being included in winning the lottery contest because it is not easy to win there.  We get free lottery tickets at WOF.  And we can also change to get RP in exchange for lottery tickets in the settings.

Do not forget that you are also increasing your faucet income, which means it could drop after you claim a few times but you are going to get more free money that way as well the more you wager, also you are getting lottery tickets which means you may win nothing but you may win a lot as well, all for free, and if you are affiliate of someone that person gets something as well, and you do get reward points but you can use that to increase your income as well, either for faucet or increase your reward points as well, not like this is already enough, they are also giving you the golden tickets as well after certain threshold.

Its all about size at that point, fees dont matter to the largest transactions.   If you have enough then utilize a swap facility to send in an alt and have it converted to BTC and deposited to your address here.   I'm not familiar if they would be ok enough on fees to make that feasible, more then one site offers such a thing I think.   I used to do with this alt coins and a gold deposit, was great they took tons of stuff but then red tape arrived and it got too much hassle to deal with them, crypto has to work at all transaction sizes or I lose belief in it.

Useful to know, one exchange I use for ETH has seized up or queued almost 100 dollars worth of ETH saying its not worth their bother to acknowledge the deposit till I can stump up more, since their withdrawal fee is over 30 dollars  I guess they are at least consistent.   I should be grateful they dont forget it altogether, they also have locked hundreds in token worth some numbnuts sent to an exchange address instead of my owned wallet hence the token has never been recognized there.   Always check first wherever you send FUN, probably best buy some first at the destination to make sure its exactly possible to deposit though I've not heard of any especially similar sounding token (GFUN could warrant a warning I guess) or large mixup potential being there.

Getting 0.05 doge every hour would be a pretty good opportunity in fact because according to the current prices it would mean you get the equivalent of 37 BTC satoshis at every claims. I don't know any faucet offering such a pay rate currently.

Fees have been low recently. Transactions with a fee as low as 4 sats/vbyte are getting confirmed and it might go even lower. It just depends on the wallet or service you are using to store your bitcoin. I tried to make a withdrawal from a certain website and they were charging over $10 in fees so I have not been able to take advantage of this promotion.

That's what I mean, my maximum ability to claim faucets per day is only 10-12x, and I rarely change my RP to boost faucet rewards. You are right it is very difficult to win the lottery so it would be better if deactivate it and choose to get RP instead, and I have done it

You might remember we used to offer ShapeShift deposits before they were forced to implement KYC. We are looking at alternative solutions to avoid high fees when the network is busy. At the moment Lightning Network still looks like it would be difficult to implement and there probably wouldn't be enough usage to make it worthwhile.

The good news, for now, is the mempool is clearing out and there should be many opportunities for low transaction fees until the next difficulty retarget (about the next 9 days).

We (FreeBitcoins.com) went the exchange route.

I'm glad our two services cover a nice spread of crypto stuff.

Our lawyer didn't like the idea of gambling/losing even internet magic money.  Exchange is a bit more straight forward, but a lot more complicated in my opinion.  (no fiat though, lots of people try to add fiat or things that act like fiat... that gets complicated.)
