What happens is that the FUN token is still young, it barely has a short history, it is somewhat difficult to foster a community regarding the FUN token in a short time, the great advantage it has is due to the reputation of the site, It is known to be something protected or centralized by the platform, this is good because it is understood that it will not be a scam, but the uncertainty of the market in these times has been very high.

Although the price has not risen, it is not that it has fallen much, and that is a good sign before the market, because the fall in BTC bleed all the alts and tokens, except 3 or 4 alts, and this is because those that they are Hodlers who did not sell their fun tokens, they have only been relying on the token, in their future, I think that when Bitcoin rises in price, the Fun token will be sustained and with enough liquidity, very few tokens reach that level.
No you can't say FUN token is still young and it has a barely short history. FUN token is 4 years old now, that's older than most of current top200 cryptocurrencies, maybe you personally didn't know it before it has been acquired by Freebitcoin but it was a rather well known token in the cryptogambling industry and in the cryptoworld. And unfortunately I don't think it hasn't fallen much, falling from 0.050USD to 0.018 in two weeks is not a small dip for me. People currently mostly hold it to get bonuses in BTC on the Freebitcoin platform which quite strongly pegs it to BTC.

Of course, it is 4 years old, but if we take into account that the history of Bitcoin has fulfilled its normal market stages such as Accumulation and Distribution, taking into account that the bullish trend stage was completed and the subsequent stage that is the bearish trend stage to fall back into Accumulation, which for now is understood to be in a bullish trend; When comparing the history with the FUN tokens, this is left:

As I said before, it has not dropped so much, because the token follows the same direction as BTC, not at the level that BTC has but it has been maintained and compared to many tokens of course it has been maintained, in this case only the token responds to the market speculative as it should be. What apsa is that the concept at a speculative level is diverse according to our financial education, the token depends directly or indirectly from BTC, because it does not have a life of its own, and if there is a slight comparison with stocks in the stock market, even the bitcoin remains being young. As you said before, those who know it have been the players, the investors, those who have a lot of money to invest and they also see the characteristics and being at Freebitco.in, guarantee that it is a safe investment.
What are you talking about? Huh The graphic above doesn't compare the history of FUN token with the history of BTC, it just shows the evolution of the price for the last 2 months. As I already told you above FUN is not a new token, born 2 months ago, it's a 4 years old token.
Moreover as I already told you too FUN has dropped from 0.050 to 0.020 in less than 3 weeks while BTC has still not dropped from 50 000$ to 20 000$ so you can't say it just follows BTC price and doesn't drop too much. How many FUN tokens do you hold currently? You shouldn't hold many of them to say things like that.

You do not understand, what I wanted to show in the chart is that the FUN token follows the same BTC direction and we agree that it did not drop that much, what you have in discussion is a purely financial issue, for you 4 years is a lot, for My no, 4 years is nothing compared to more than 10 years since BTC was born, and that influences, on the subject of trading and market speculation it may not be much, but for investment it has a lot to do, the The fact that the FUN token has from 2017 to 2021 in the financial markets does not represent much, but from 2009 to 2021 it is BTC, and that does influence, although the FUN tokens are 4 years old, it is necessary to highlight that they have remained at a relatively good price compared to some tokens that tend to go down and stay on the bottom when their pump happens, FUN tokens are not, and just the fact that Freebitco.in is up for grabs causing more profit with their use, it helps that it doesn't drop so much in price, because it provides more confidence and that is what that is beginning to be attractive to investors.

My second deposit cleared and yeah it's per deposit as I got another 10. The results are better this time
~snip
Thanks for confirming this, there is probably no limit to how many deposits you can make for this bonus?  This is the third time they are activating now if I'm not mistaken right?  It's a pity my deposit the second time, it didn't reach the time frame.  Can we find out how much BTC you are depositing?  At least how many maybe?  There is no minimum, so even if only 2,500 sats can be counted?

I don't think there's a limit as I've sent $1 worth of Bitcoin and still got credited with 10 spins.

However one thing is certain, if the site catches anybody abusing the feature by sending a bunch of dust transactions, then we might see the feature canceled or the account terminated; the latter more likely to happen.

Can anyone explain the interest payout here? It's only a 1 sat difference, but I just don't get it?

there is 4.08% annual interest, you have to divide by a month and a day, but if you still confusing about that, maybe you have to read in the FAQ I quote;

Quote
Daily interest will be calculated at a random time everyday @ 0.0109589% per day

Sure, sure, but how do I get less interest when I have a higher balance?

Did you gamble your BTC during those periods in the screenshot? It's possible that the interest was calculated when your balance was down while gambling. It was not based on the balance that's reflected in your account since they calculate at random time.

Don't you guys think that this could be somehow abused? I mean I know that it is very expensive to deposit money somewhere these days because bitcoin has a huge transaction cost right now, that is really not ideal and I understand why people assume that it wouldn't be a problem as well and wouldn't be abused but maybe somehow one person could find a solution?

I mean 10 tickets could be just 500 satoshi, or it could be something else, but it does look like it may worth the shot? I don't know, you guys are a huge company with insanely smart people behind it, I know simply just wetsuit and thequin and they are both wicked smart people and they probably calculated it and know what they are going to face with something like this and that is why I understand that they already know that it won't be a problem, it was just something that I faced and it is something I wanted to ask that and make sure they know the possibilities.

Probably not, even it doesn't matter if he gambled with his balance. Because the chart shows the balance amount which gave him the interest and it gradually increased each day. That's an interesting thing, I have never observed the interest page. Maybe TheQuin can clarify about it. @NJ89, actually you received higher interest than you should. From the interest calculator I can see that it will give 9 satoshi for having the amount in account but you have received 10 satoshi in between.

This has also happened to me before. I think it is a rounding thing. If they credit you with the precise amount it would be 9.8 satoshis. Since satoshis is the lowest denomination for bitcoin they can't give you a fraction so they end up giving you an extra sat every few days.

No you are wrong, freebitco.in doesn't give extra sats AFAIK. It just rounds the daily interest payment to the upper number of satoshis some days and rounds it to the lower number of satoshis the other days. Hence if you compute the rolling average of the daily interest payments earned on several days(10 days for example) you will certainly get the expected amount of satoshis owed.

Can anyone explain the interest payout here? It's only a 1 sat difference, but I just don't get it?

There's no minimum deposit but I don't know if they have a security in place to prevent abuse like what @UserU said. I've sent six times in total (so far) this round and the lowest was 5000 sats using 10 to 20 sats/vbyte.

There's still over 1 hour to get your deposits in. The last one wasn't so good to me but best of luck with your spins.

you cant  depo and earn free spins everyday but theres a random time to do this or when you see the banner pop up in your freebitco account .
another thing is the transaction fee .
it wont be worth it it to send small amounts and pay more for the fee only to get free spins and top prizes in the wof are insanely hard to get  .me too got this question in my head before but i didnt bother to ask this because i figured out the answer myself .

Well I was replying to Mahdirakib and we were talking about betting on the BTC price range on Freebitco.in actually. We were not talking about sport bets and I don't know any other sportsbook offering bets on the BTC price range, so I don't understand how we could do arbitrages with other sportsbooks. In fact forecasting BTC and other cryptocurrencies price is extremely hard because of the volatile nature of crypto assets, that's why bookmakers are not able to calculate odds for that and only parimutuel betting sportsbooks like freebitco.in can offer markets for this kind of bets.

Betting on btc price range forecasts? How is it possible?
Are there some price tiers with specified odds which change frequently based on the bets each tier gets? Or they are fixed by the website? I didn't go to freebitcoin since years now as the faucet value is nothing because of the price of btc, but if the prizes are big to predict btc price, I guess will need to begin playing there. Wink
Yes that's exactly how it works, odds are not fixed by the website or by an odds provider, but they are calculated from the amounts bet on each price range previously defined by the website, so odds currently appearing on the page are not the final odds that will be used for the payouts at the end but just stand for an indication of it. Hence it means you have to guess the right outcome but you also need to guess what will be the final odds for this outcome.

^^Those were my bets on BITCOIN PRICE - MAY, and to illustrate how odds can change with time here's the final odds:

A huge drop from 263.46 to 56.80 for the "$20,001 - $25,000" range. And for the "$25,001 - $30,000" range the drop is also significant:

It almost looks like people have ignored my warning

~(Warning: don't follow me, I lost all my bets for BTC price March and April).

and placed their bets on those ranges anyway  Grin (I'm just kidding, I know it was hardly the case).

Now that only 4 days left, I think I'm gonna lose my bets this time again. The good part is that I had my fun, and if I lose I lose only 3k sats. I can survive that. Smiley

Thank you for your update mate, it shows it's better to wait before placing bets on these markets for those looking for reliable odds. They remain very interesting though because the implied probability of these odds is IMO higher than the real one at the end of May. So there was pretty much value in those odds I think. Besides, 3k sats it's very small for a stake, you shouldn't have earned many RPs and percentiles for your claiming bonus.

I'm just curious, but is there anyone on here who deposited on freebitcoin to earn their 4% interest in a year?
If we are only talking about high house edge on freebitcoin or free roll $20 and $200, it's already boring for me.

Ah jeez, I totally forgot to take advantage of the free spin due to the 24 hour cooldown from changing the withdraw address on my custodial wallet.

The interest is just a bonus for those that don't mind some extra bits.

After all, Freebitcoin projects itself as a faucet + casino rather than a interest savings account.

yeah. i have had some bitcoin in my freebitco.in account for a long time now. i think it is over a year now. i sometimes withdraw if i need those coins and after a while i deposit some amount back and leave it there to generate profit.
as for the games there are many of them, not just the free roll. of course these are for gamblers.

There is a FOMO brewing...

Seems most likely you will lose it, also it could end up in 40k price range now it seems as today btc crossed 40k which is a good sign and slowly recovery is also happening. The odds does change very fast and as the days get closer it does not look lucrative when you have first seen those high odds number few days back. Good luck.

how do I get less interest when I have a higher balance?

It doesn't look like you are getting less when you have more from that picture though? I mean on that image it shows that you had 84k and got 9, then a bit over 85k and got 9 again and then some more and got 10 finally, then after that it is purely higher and higher and constantly 10 because of that. I believe if you get more money on your account that means you are going to get more interest as well, quite simple math isn't it?

If you got like 90 and then get 9 sat but then 80k and got 10 that would be weird, that is what you are saying how did you get more sat when you have less money because that's not true at all and that's why you are getting an increased amount of money and that's the situation here. I can't say if it is this way or that way but that's about it and that's why I think you should not be worried about it at all and seems like you are getting what you should.
