It is really fun to see some changes here and there with the design, but it seems like there doesn't seem to be shortage of UI issues as well . When you are at profile or the encash page, when you hover around the "more" segment, it closes before it lets you pick one of the dropdowns, so you can't pick anything there, go back to main page, and then do it that way.

Yes, this is definitely one of the smallest things ever and it would be alright if it wasn't fixed at all, it really is a tiny thing and unimportant without a doubt. I just wanted to let freebitco.in (both thequin and wetsuite) know about it as a help, doesn't mean that something has to be done, I just wanted to inform that's it and there is nothing wrong there.

There are some other questions that I have too:
1. Can I use VPN? I can't find answer about that in FAQ page.
2. Let's say I purchased 2500 fun token on hold them on my freebitco account. These fun tokens should give me 4 free spin of Wheel of Fortune. If I don't visit my account for 30 days, will the number of my free spins sum and become 120? Or will the unused WoF spins become nulled after a certain timeframe?

There is no rule about using VPN as many people use them for privacy reasons. The only things that are forbidden are using more than 1 account or using bots/automation.

Guys, what do you think, is it worth to buy fun tokens? As I see, they are losing value but they also give you free spins every day. Even when they had problems with weekly lottery a couple of weeks and they showed the result 4 days after Sunday while they max come out a few hours later during Sunday,they fixed it and everything is working fine now,they will fix this too.

By the multiple use of the word "we" and "our", how many of you are going through this very issue you complaining about ?

I am asking because I do not think the issue is a general one, for if it was, a lot of other users of freebitco would be complaining alongside yourself on this thread as well, so if this issue is peculiar to you alone, please refrain from using words like "we" and "our", personalize your issue and don't generalize it if you are not sure it's a general something.

Now, back to the issue, I will personally advice that you contact the customer care and wait for a response patiently, they probably might be very busy with some important issues or something similar, or just a lot of tickets they are trying to attend to, be patient and I am sure they will have your issue resolved pretty soon if they confirm your claim to be true.

  Bit of luck, got the 5000 tier reward on lotto tickets and I didnt buy that many spins so its a win overall     Stuck in a bit of a small gap for BTC price currently, the base reward wavering slightly as ping pongs around.  Someone had the theory we need to wait for 50 day average to catch up, its descending and until it meets and forces price to move we remain negative below it as some momentum in pricing, hence I will wait for a moment to speculate on price direction.  [Extrapolating rate of descent say 2 weeks timeframe that would equate to.]  I have a small positive bias in my opinion but dont tell anyone it'd be bad luck :p

Hopefully I'm as lucky as you are to get a chance for the second highest prize in free spins or the highest grand prize with $200 , although I've been close to getting it once in a while but luck hasn't been with me, maybe next time I'll get that prize in free spins, I never have missed the free spins for it always hoping to get it one day.

Look for the option in your email to see the code of the body, then you can find the link to your WoF freespins

It is near the bottom and looks something like "https://freebitco.in/static/html/wof_new/index.html?" at the start of the url.

In fact also it could be your email settings. Clear the mail as safe (not spam) and see if it works. Don't let your email provider stop you from collecting free spins!!

I have been pressing that roll button a few times per day for years, and I am still waiting to see that 10k hit! Well, there is no need getting mad at a fellow user for misunderstanding or misinterpreting your comment, the forum is like a one large global village, we are of different race and tribes, not every one of us understand English to the core, so misunderstanding, misinterpreting, or misquoting is something that is very common here, so there is no need getting angry over such mistake, just put your question in a simpler way for easier understanding..

Anyway, if you are asking whether its safe to use VPN on freebitco, I will personally suggest you contact their customer care directly with such question since there is no FAQ available with such information, freebitco recently updated their terms of service to include the possibility of a user being asked to pass KYC verification by them, so if you are the type that don't like submitting your document for account verification, then better confirm from their customer care if VPN is safe to use on the site before proceeding or deciding whether to use it or not.
